Grant is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and informative. The fitter was on time, very helpful and so tidy I had no cleaning up to do. As I have a respiratory illness which requires permanent oxygen, when I found damp and black mould in the flat I needed a reliable solution. The first firm I approached must have thought I would be easy to "con" and suggested I had lots of building work done. I sent them on their way and it was such a relief to meet someone of Grant's standard. I have a wall unit and two extractor fans . The result has been a total success and I have recommended them to others.

We were having problems in our ground floor flat with mould on the walls and the property feeling damp. We contacted Grant at EnviroVent Guildford who discussed the common problem of flats having no or little circulation. Even with the vents constantly open on all of our windows and windows being open when possible we were still having problems with condensation. We were recommended the 'Mr Venty ECO2 Wall' unit which was installed in our hallway. Since the installation it has such a difference to the air quality in our flat, we have had no mould on the walls or condensation on the windows. The fan on the unit is quiet and its cheap to run. I would highly recommend the product.

Fitter arrived on time. Did a good job. Very professional & cleaned up after himself. Had ventilation unit fitted to deal with black mould/condensation issues in house. Too early yet to say how effective it is. Unit makes a low noise which is only noticeable when house is quiet. We have also noticed the temperature in the house has lowered. As it's approaching summertime, the thermostat hasn't been turned on.

JP and Si came to fit a Mr Venty loft system and an extractor fan for the bathroom. They also earthed my gas and water supply. They did a thoroughly professional job, cleaned up after themselves and explained what they were doing and how to use they products. Originally it was estimated to take all day , but only took half a day.

Grant at EnviroVent contacted me after an enquiry I made. I was getting bad mould & damp had to throw away a lot of shoes clothes bedding & two beds. Nothing seemed to do the trick; I had vents installed still nothing. After having the vent system installed I noticed a remarkable change in the air & no smell of damp & mould plus hardly any condensation on windows now. Also my sons asthma seemed to be improved. The installation was quick & the guy was very tidy. A bit expensive; but on hind site best money spent.

Had bad black mold issue in back bedrooms. From 1st consultation to finish, great service. Iain looked carefully at how to resolve the issue and product suggested was Mr Venty ECO2 Wall ventilation unit which was shown so had a idea of the size and worked involved. As soon as I said yes, appointment date was given approximately 1 month later. Follow up to confirm appointment was given. On the day of installation, a review was made which in the end saved me money. Iain also looked at other problem areas that were not part of the job i.e. bathroom extractor and looked at getting more from it. Very tentative and clean workers. I've added 4 stars for value for money as it's only just been installed. I do hope it will be and in anticipation of this being the case, give 4 stars!

As we have an "L" shaped hall we had a "Dual" whole house ventilation system fitted. From the initial survey to installation, Envirovent did an excellent job. The installation was superb. Although ceiling holes had to be made the installer left our home spotless. You forget this system is actually there fairly quickly but make no mistake, the condensation problem has gone! Very pleased.

Having moved into a new property I realised I had some sort of condensation problem, the worst of which being streaming windows on very cold mornings. I contacted Grant Amos who came out and explained all about the unit I needed and how it worked, and at no point was there ever any pressure to buy. The fitter did an excellent job, in fact I wouldn't really have known he'd been he was so tidy. An excellent product and very simple solution to a time consuming problem - no more streaming windows!
