Since we had our Envirovent system fitted, we have not had a single drop of condensation on our windows and no mould on our walls. We honestly think this is the best home improvement we have made! The workmen were so friendly and left no mess. I would highly recommend both company and product.

Bought two cyclone 7 fans from Richard. At first we didn't think they were working, but they were, they were just so quiet. They adjust themselves to remove steam. Excellent fans and good service from Richard.

I had done everything that I could including Acco drainage to resolve condensation and mould in my flat. Things were better but running dehumidifiers was required which was expensive. Extraction of water was 4 litres a day, musty smelling flat with mouldy clothing and shoes, condensation on windows and mould on the walls. When I showered the moisture ended up hitting the patio doors and hung around in the bathroom. But not anymore as the new van extracts all the moisture really quickly, The units are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and the dining room unit is whisper quiet and the build quality is very good. I contacted Envirovent and Richard Evans came to look at the issues. Richard was extremely helpful and professional and made a further two visits. This was really down to me being worried that I would have units installed and no improvement would be made. I need not have worried because once the units were installed things started to improve. No more musty smells and mouldy walls or condensation on my windows. I had a much better extractor fan installed in the bathroom and a unit fitted in the dining room. The installation was done without any mess and was all completed by one engineer who was very polite and professional. I cannot recommend Richard and his team highly enough. They have changed my flat into a safe and healthy environment.

The house in question is my Mum's, she is 98 and disabled having suffered a stroke. She has a live in carer. As a result of her circumstances the doors and windows are usually closed and there was a lot of internal condensation from washing and the dreaded ironing and and indoor clothes drying. Over a few years this developed into large areas of black mould which caused health concerns. Builders came and carried out "improvements" but changed nothing. I took a chance on the Mr Venty product because I was running out of ideas. Its price was far below the cost of the building work I had already paid for. Suffice to say that within a couple of days we could see the improvement, (I have placed Relative Humidity monitors in the house), with RH falling from 75% to the high 50's. These days it stays in the mid 50's unless the outside weather is very damp. The house is free of mould now.

We're very happy with the Envirovent fan we've had installed by Iain and team. It does the job well, and communication and customer service have bit excellent.

We were having recurring damp and black mould issues in a 3 bed end terraced rental property, and the tenant had tried various different cleaning and chemical treatments, as well as leaving windows open/vented, but nothing solved the problem. Despite my initial scepticism about just how effective the EnviroVent system would actually be, I decided to bite the bullet and have it installed as a last resort. James claimed that it would be a revelation to me, and would clear all the mould issues we were experiencing, which I thought was a typical 'sales pitch'! Having had the system for around a year now, I can honestly say that James was 100% correct, and the system has done everything he claimed. There has been no more damp or mould issues, and the property now provides a quality of environment that the tenant is delighted with. Should I ever find that any of my other rental properties are experiencing signs of condensation, I would definitely contact James and EnviroVent again in the future.

We have lived in the same house for the last 20 years, the house was originally two a two bedroom semi. 15 years ago we added a two story extension making it four a bed and spent money on upgrading the loft insulation. Shortly after, we started to experience condensation, especially on the up stairs windows. Mould was growing around the windows, we tried the usual mold treatments and purchased a dehumidifier. We were on the verge of buying new windows until I saw an advert for EnviroVent on the internet. After a home survey from EnviroVent it became clear the issue was not the windows but to much damp in the air upstairs, we have now had the atmos system fitted which we can control from our phones via an app. Tony the fitter arrived on time and was extremely helpful and professional, he completed the job leaving no mess. The change was instant, no more condensation on the windows in a morning and the window reveals have started to dry out, we should have had this system fitted years ago. We had a cyclone 7 installed in our bathroom. Quotation - quick and straight forward, emailed that day. Installation - Engineer arrived on time, very polite and courteous. Competed the installation, with no mess, demonstrated the unit and showed how to clean the unit yearly. Very pleased with the unit the quality and the installation.

We got in touch with Envirovent after paying for an independent survey to look at the damp problems we were having. Grant Amos provided us with an excellent, no pressure service and as a result we had a Mr Venty installed and two cyclone extractors in the bathrooms. The condensation disappeared overnight and the damp patches have receded over time. We are thrilled with the result. The extractors in the bathrooms mean that the mirrors are clear even after a shower. Unfortunately we have had to have one of the cyclones replaced twice, a result, I understand of a faulty batch. I was a little disappointed with the slow response from head office, particularly as the first fault happened so quickly after the fan was installed, but Grant very quickly stepped in to help resolve the problem. In spite of this I would (and have) recommended Envirovent.
