Efficient service for an extractor fan

Grant provided a clear and reasonable quote for an extractor fan for the bathroom. The work was completed shortly afterwards but the finish wasn't satisfactory (I blame the Christmas period as the fitter seemed in a hurry to finish the work). The bathroom light was also broken accidentally. When I raised this with Grant, he immediately organised for the fitter to return and rectify the problem as well as giving me some money off for the cost of replacing the lamp. I was much happier with the finish after that. I am really pleased with the fan and it has certainly helped keep mould at bay in the bathroom and I would use the company again.

We have the fans in our own home and were very happy with them so also got one for the bathroom in our rented house and the tenants are also very pleased with it. Worth paying a bit extra for in the long run to cut down damp and mould issues.

High level condensation in bungalow

Removing condensation from the windows in our bungalow was a time consuming nuisance - some mornings the windows were full of running moisture. The engineer (James) arrived on time and recommended a solution which was installed in the loft efficiently in a morning with minimal disruption and with no mess. So far this year, condensation has been reduced enormously and running cost are very low.

Few months back, we contacted Mr Ian Puttock for resolving our persistent condensation problems. After a quick survey of our home, Ian suggested installation of Venty ECO2 Loft from EnviroVent to resolve our problem. The impressive part of this recommendation was this was based on our needs rather than solely on price, which highlights Ian's thorough knowledge and professionalism. The Engineer who installed this system was also very professional, courteous and completed the job with minimum disruption to us. After implementation of this solution, we are very pleased that we no longer have streaming windows and condensation issues in our home. Very thankful to Ian and EnviroVent team for all of their time and efforts in resolving our condensation problems. I would not hesitate to work with them again for any of our future needs.

Couldn't ask for more. Grahame was very efficient organising everything from the first enquiry I made. Installation was very professional and the technician was more than happy to answer my questions and show me what he was doing and explain why. The work was not rushed and he was keen to do a top job. The system made an immediate impact on our condensation problem and with a little adjustment we have seen significant improvements. The system we purchased uses the app to make adjustments and monitor the unit I have found this to be very clunky and not easy to use. Connecting to the house wifi is the main problem and the choice of options via the app is very limited. Otherwise we are very happy with the purchase.

Had an existing ineffective MEV system replaced by Calogero. He was very competent and professional throughout the experience with a variety of products to suit my needs. His installer was able to offer different options, with their pros and cons, and this knowledge only comes with years of experience. The quality of the finish and workmanship was excellent. The new system has greatly improved the condensation issue in our bathrooms with my only regret not getting them in sooner.

We needed a solution to our damp problems and after a lot of research EnviroVent seemed to offer the only viable and cost effective system. A survey and demonstration was carried out followed by the installation of the 'Mr Venty' loft mounted ventilation unit and a Cyclone 7 extractor in the bathroom. This seems to have cured our condensation and mould problems. The work was carried out professionally, was on time and to the quoted cost. The EnviroVent people, Grant Amos and installer Steve Allan, were friendly, professional and courteous. We would use them again.
