The workmen turned up on time, seemed a nice friendly person. Completed the job efficiently & quickly and cleaned up. Machine working ok, but time will tell to see if it helps with keeping the mould away.

John Paul carried out the installation in 3 hours which was less than expected. He apologised for late arrival due to traffic. His work was carried out completely and efficiently and he is cheerful and explains what he is about to do first. No complaints.

Got a PIV unit fitted to deal with mould and condensation. After a week no more wet windows and thr mould has gone. The surveyor turned up when he said and told us the facts not just a sales pitch. Engineers arrived when stated. No mess no noise minimal fuss. Not much more to say. Great dealing with a company in the UK and Matt the surveyor always answered my calls or texts when i had questions

The replacement unit works well but it's not very stylish. It's in our cloakroom so seen by anyone visiting us. So much polystyrene on show - should be completely encased, like the original one, in a white material - a cheap finish for an expensive unit.

EnviroVent's engineer came to survey our en suite which had a condensation problem after the installation of a stronger shower. He advised the fitting of the company's fan which we accepted and the installer did a very good job. This is clearly a strong extractor fan but in spite of this the problem still arose on occasions when the weather was cold. The engineer returned and did a thorough inspection. He found that there was no loft insulation over the en suite and that possibly the heating in the en suite was insufficient. We have dealt with the insulation and are awaiting the fitting of a further heater.

Thank you for your positive words and accurate description of events. Having returned free of charge to confirm that the bathroom fan is installed correctly and is exceeding Building Regulation requirements, we are somewhat disappointed with the low marks as they relate to the separate issue of the missing loft insulation and lack of any heat in the bathroom. We understand that these issues have since been addressed and thank you again for your business.
Best thing we ever bought
Our property had very bad damp & nothing we seemed to do would cure it.The more insulation we got the worse the damp & mould would get. We saw a T.V advert for Envirovent & we contacted them. It was the best thing we ever did. After advise from them we purchased a Mr Venty. The insulation hardly took any time at all & the humidity in our property went from very high to normal after only one night of the instillation.The damp & mould has disappeared the decor no longer gets ruined. We would highly recommend the envirovent company & their products to anyone that has the same problems as we did.

Very disappointing experience with this company. They commissioned an inexperienced installer causing damage to our ceiling. The system was installed incorrectly and it has taken six months to rectify. There are other ventilation companies offering much higher levels of customer service.

The system was installed back in April. There were a few minor issues at the installation stage, and in addition to this, with this type of system it is not uncommon to have to undertake further visits in order to configure the system to the clients' requirements, In this case, it was necessary to undertake two further visits. The client is using this as a basis to refuse payment - in full or in part - of our invoice, even though we have offered a reduction. As a result and with regret, we have entered into dispute. In relation to the damaged ceiling, this is very minor and we have offered on at least two occasions to rectify this - even though it is not at all clear whether it was actually caused by our installer.
