I think like most people I am skeptical when companies tell you this that and the other. But in the case of the Envirovent team and product that skepticism was unfounded. Things were fitted in a very professional manner and all is working as we were told. I would certainly recommend EnviroVent to all.

After trying to solve damp issues for over 3 years, including having vents fitted in all windows, re plastering and humidifier running 12hrs a day. Contacted Jamie who came out explained the system and gave a price, arranged to have fitted, fitter came and installed, no fuss as arranged. Next morning got up to no more condensation on windows and doors, within a week the ceilings and corners of rooms had dried up, no problems since installed, thanks James. only wished we had known earlier about the product.

I contacted this company as my maisonette apartment was experiencing high humidity levels, with the resulting mould and condensation on the windows and frames. two extracts and a Positive air supply unit were advised. This was quoted at a reasonable cost. the installing engineer arrived at the appointed time on the due date. he carried out a survey prior to installing the equipment. I had already had two roof vents installed prior to there visit. the electrical installation was tested after installation. there was very little upheaval or mess. the engineer was very professional and polite. after six months of operation during the winter months , we have had no mould or any condensation on any surfaces within our apartment. the installation does exactly what Envirovent say it would do. I am well satisfied.

This is our second time using James to install a vent in our home. The first time was a 1900 terrace with lots of damp/condensation issues and the difference it made was incredible. No more damp patches or mold, it took the damp out of the air so we didn’t spend as much on heating and my husband's issues with his breathing went away. This time a 1970’s terrace with an open staircase to the living room. The condensation in the winter was terrible, it made all the paint peal around the windows and would pour down the windows. We had a baby and as soon as there were issues in his room I made it a priority to get a vent fitted knowing how good they were. Immediately all the condensation disappeared, even in the porch on the front with no proper heating. James is a great, lovely guy, knows what he’s talking about and communication is fantastic. I can’t recommend enough.

I had been considering having this loft ventilation product for a couple of years. I researched this online and decided that this company would be good and I have not been disappointed. The problem in our house related to condensation, particularly in the master bedroom which has patio doors installed. On decorating, we discovered that mould had developed on the back of some pieces of furniture. Knowing that this can cause big problems with health, I decided to make a decision and book the survey. This was easily arranged and Ian Puttock duly arrived at the exact time booked to carry this out. I ordered the product and it was installed within a few weeks. Installation was quick and hassle free. The system works brilliantly! It is silent and unobtrusive. There have been several very cold nights recently and we have had no condensation on windows which used to be running with water. I highly recommend this company.

We had a cyclone 7 installed in our bathroom. Quotation - quick and straight forward, emailed that day. Installation - Engineer arrived on time, very polite and courteous. Competed the installation, with no mess, demonstrated the unit and showed how to clean the unit yearly. Very pleased with the unit the quality and the installation.

The installation of our ventilation system was carried out on time with the minimum of disruption and everything was left clean with absolutely no mess. The initial survey was carried out in a friendly professional manner. I have been impressed with the service and system installed.

Our house had a serious problem with mould and condensation which we hadn’t been able to resolve despite trying all the usual suggestions. We had an atmos unit fitted in our loft and the cyclone in the bathroom. The air in our house felt fresher immediately but not cold, which I was worried about. We’ve had several cold mornings and not a drop of condensation on the windows. We can finally start to repair the damage done by several years worth of condensation.

Had a bit of which i thought was condensation (Calogero) came the same day, on inspection of the flat he recommended to open the windows and to heat the flat more as the readings were good. answering all my question, I would recommend this company they were very professional with all the findings. We had had a background damp problem since moving into our bungalow 7 years ago, with mildew in the corners and some black mould, then when the heating went off this spring we noticed it had got a lot worse as paint was peeling off the walls in and adjacent to the bathroom, the door and door jam swelled up and a nearby wall cupboard filled with mildew & smelt like a cave. We had it inspected by a damp specialist and were told that the bathroom fan was no longer working and condensation had migrated to all the cold surfaces. An Envirovent cyclonic fan was recommended but the price quoted for installation seemed excessive so we went directly to Envirovent. While they were surveying for the fan, the Atmos home ventilation system was mentioned and that seemed like an ideal partner to the fan, to counteract the mildew in the outlying rooms, so we ordered them both. They were installed very quickly and efficiently, all mess cleared up and the price of the fan was half what the other firm had quoted, so we were very pleased. The equipment has only been in place for a week so difficult to rate the outcome, but it's all working beautifully and we would give this trader the highest recommendation.

Had an existing ineffective MEV system replaced by Calogero. He was very competent and professional throughout the experience with a variety of products to suit my needs. His installer was able to offer different options, with their pros and cons, and this knowledge only comes with years of experience. The quality of the finish and workmanship was excellent. The new system has greatly improved the condensation issue in our bathrooms with my only regret not getting them in sooner.

We had a Mr Venty ECO2 wall unit installed in the lounge and a Cyclone 7 extractor fan installed in the bathroom. Since it’s installation nearly 3 months ago we have seen considerable improvements. I would defiantly recommend these to another who might have similar issues with damp and mould. Very happy with the company, specialist and engineer who installed the systems. Great job.

We have used this company on a number of occasions. The ventilation system is great for en-suites, particularly in houses of multiple occupation. Fire doors have to remain closed so air circulation isn't always great and this just means that each room is receiving good ventilation all day every day. They always turn up at the time agreed or will at least give us a call on their way so that we can get to the address to meet them in time.

The engineer was very polite, the job was top notch, even though we were moving into spring, so had a limited time frame to see it in full action, the problems we had with condensation and mould growth look to have been eliminated.

We had issues with damp/mould and had the Atmos PIV and Cyclone extractor fan installed. Both units fitted quickly and professionally by Envirovent. Air quality and humidity levels are now much improved, a very pleased customer. Highly recommended.

Workman arrived on time and installation was carried out efficiently. He discovered the light fitting he was working beside had perished wiring so he rewired it after asking my permission to do so. I expected an extra charge for this but was pleased to hear that no extra was levied. As it was a summer installation, we will not really know how effective the loft vent it is until winter but the bathroom extractor clears the bathroom in record time. Very pleased with the service received.

I contacted Enviroment because I had a serious condensation problem in my bedrooms. Following a very professional survey a loft mounted solution was advised. The fitting of the unit was carried out professionally and with no mess at all. Within 24 hours of the unit being installed the condensation problem was removed, and to this day the bedrooms are condensation free. I would definitely recommend this company.
