In our new house we carried out a Radon test and the results were that the detected level of Radon was slightly about the recommended safe level. We also had a slight issue with condensation. We therefore contacted Envirovent who came out and spoke to us about the issue and what solutions they could offer us. We contacted several other companies as well but Envirovent were the company that most impressed us. After the initial meeting they came out within a couple of weeks to fit the unit. On the day of the installation the work was all done very quickly and no mess was left. We are very impressed with the unit which is very quiet and there have been no signs of condensation since. I would definitely recommend using Envirovent.

We bought a flat last summer in Cardiff initially for our son to live in and didn’t realise there was any mould/condensation issues. As the Winter arrived so did the mould! The windows were waterlogged each morning and had to be wiped several times. Also the exterior walls were shiny and wet in places. The whole flat was airless and smelt musty. New furniture went green and even the underside of a new rug went black. We were recommended Envirovent by a neighbour who had ‘sweaty’ flats. So we decided go make an appointment. Ian came to the flat and recommended the Atmos to go in the kitchen for flats and apartments and a cyclone 7 fan for the bathroom. Last week Daniel came and fitted both fans. He was very tidy and efficient and explained everything about them and how to clean them. The next morning the windows were clear and dry and the humidity was dropping all the time. It’s early days and the proof will be next time I walk into the flat the musty smell will have disappeared I’m sure. I would highly recommend Envirovent to anyone with similar problems. They are friendly, professional and very efficient. They turned up on time and the quote was the final price. They have assured me if I have any issues the fans are guaranteed and they will rectify any problems should they arise.

I’ve been having condensation problems since moving into my bungalow six years ago and thought the problem was something I would have to live with. However, after having new windows and a new roof, I believed maybe the problem could be solved. But no. In fact, the problem got worse. After contacting Ian Puttock from Envirovent, my worries about damp patches have been assuaged. Extremely knowledgeable, reassuring and professional from the survey to installation, the team from Envirovent are the team to trust. No pushy salespeople; just genuine advice. Although it is early days, I have seen a dramatic change already. The Atmos Loft mounted unit and Cyclone extraction fan seem to be doing a great job. I’ll probably see more evidence of the impact later in the year.

The engineer fitted the Atmos Ventilation System plus the Cyclone 7 extractors in both the bathroom and kitchen very professionally and cleanly. After only 4 days with the system running there was a noticeable reduction in condensation and air freshness. The bathroom extractor exceeded my expectations. Overall I consider the system works exceptionally well and would recommend it

I live in a rural bungalow which has suffered with condensation, mould and damp since we purchased it 7 years ago. Mould was so bad in our bedroom my husband and I had to move into the spare bedroom. The damp was such that I had to use an electric under blanket on our bed all year round. We spent a fortune on replacing wallpapers and furnishings every couple of years because they were going black with mould. As an asthma sufferer, my health deteriorated. In desperation I did an internet search and found EnviroVent not too far from me in Bude. I sent an enquiry email and even though it was a Sunday afternoon, got a reply. Mr Charlie Bisby followed up with a home visit/assessment. Everything was clearly explained and an ATMOS unit was purchased. Within 2 weeks it was fitted (by a most polite, helpful, tidy engineer) and up and running. I was told it could take up to 2 weeks to notice a difference but when I got up the next morning my windows were dry! There was no condensation anywhere, there still isn’t a month later. It has transformed my damp mouldy bungalow into the cosy home it should be.

Have been really pleased with the service provided. Ian came round to assess our property and found him knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We didn't feel pressurised into anything. The job was booked in quicker than originally expected. They arrived on time and did a really good job. Workmanship is very good. Unit working well and pleased we got it. We have lived in the same house for the last 20 years, the house was originally two a two bedroom semi. 15 years ago we added a two story extension making it four a bed and spent money on upgrading the loft insulation. Shortly after, we started to experience condensation, especially on the up stairs windows. Mould was growing around the windows, we tried the usual mold treatments and purchased a dehumidifier. After a home survey from EnviroVent it became clear the issue was not the windows but to much damp in the air upstairs, we have now had the atmos system fitted which we can control from our phones via an app. Tony the fitter arrived on time and was extremely helpful and professional, he completed the job leaving no mess. The change was instant, no more condensation on the windows in a morning and the window reveals have started to dry out, we should have had this system fitted years ago. I am a landlord of a house with some condensation issues and had heard of positive input ventilation before so read up more. The quote process by Environment was simple, quick and Richard very helpful and reassuring. Then the installation including a bathroom extractor with some electrical upgrades went smoothly. Easy to deal with, from the original contact to the home visit and the work then carried out, all went well. Installation was carried out on time and was clean and fast. Follow up call a few days later to make sure all is working as it should and that the installation went well. All in all, very pleased.

We asked EnviroVent to fix a serious damp issue we had in our rental flat back in November 2014. Mike Chajkin from EnviroVent did a very professional job that was well priced and, best of all, the problem is still fixed (with absolutely no issues) since then. I would highly recommend them if you want a proper solution to your damp problem.

Couldn't ask for more. Grahame was very efficient organising everything from the first enquiry I made. Installation was very professional and the technician was more than happy to answer my questions and show me what he was doing and explain why. The work was not rushed and he was keen to do a top job. The system made an immediate impact on our condensation problem and with a little adjustment we have seen significant improvements. The system we purchased uses the app to make adjustments and monitor the unit I have found this to be very clunky and not easy to use. Connecting to the house wifi is the main problem and the choice of options via the app is very limited. Otherwise we are very happy with the purchase.

I must admit I was sceptical about whether this system would work, the condensation problem in my house was so bad, not just running windows but mould on walls and even on furniture meant I had to do something. Charlie turned up on time and explained the system without hard sell, an appointment was made by head office for the installation which was carried out quickly and efficiently. I must say the system works amazingly well. OK on really cold mornings there is still some condensation on the windows, which Charlie explained might happen, but this soon disappears. I wish I had had this system installed long ago, I can highly recommend the product and company.

We suffered for 18 years from condensation in our bungalow, also some black mould. This system has completely eradicated the problem, as by now [16/12/2018] it would certainly have been evident. Windows completely dry first thing, and no sign of mould. Would thoroughly recommend.

The Envirovent PIV unit has been installed in a flat I rent out for over two years. Previously there were persistent problems with black mould. The unit, together with an Envirovent Cyclone fan in the bathroom, prevented the condensation and the mould just disappeared. The filter needed replacing and Graham turned up on the dot, replaced it and adjusted the unit to make it even more efficient. It took about 20 minutes and there was no mess at all.

Ian advised on the the most efficient & economic solution to deal with moisture build up in a bathroom. Ventilation was quickly installed without fuss.
