I had been considering having this loft ventilation product for a couple of years. I researched this online and decided that this company would be good and I have not been disappointed. The problem in our house related to condensation, particularly in the master bedroom which has patio doors installed. On decorating, we discovered that mould had developed on the back of some pieces of furniture. Knowing that this can cause big problems with health, I decided to make a decision and book the survey. This was easily arranged and Ian Puttock duly arrived at the exact time booked to carry this out. I ordered the product and it was installed within a few weeks. Installation was quick and hassle free. The system works brilliantly! It is silent and unobtrusive. There have been several very cold nights recently and we have had no condensation on windows which used to be running with water. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted this company as my maisonette apartment was experiencing high humidity levels, with the resulting mould and condensation on the windows and frames. two extracts and a Positive air supply unit were advised. This was quoted at a reasonable cost. the installing engineer arrived at the appointed time on the due date. he carried out a survey prior to installing the equipment. I had already had two roof vents installed prior to there visit. the electrical installation was tested after installation. there was very little upheaval or mess. the engineer was very professional and polite. after six months of operation during the winter months , we have had no mould or any condensation on any surfaces within our apartment. the installation does exactly what Envirovent say it would do. I am well satisfied.

After several years of putting up with condensation on all our bungalows windows and musty odors, worse in the winter months, and despite using a dehumidifier with limited success we still ended up wiping condensation from the windows. I knew a friend, who had had similar problems, had an Envirovent solution installed and he assured us that his expectations were exceeded so we decided to search the internet for more information about Envirovent. We read the claims made about the Envirovent system with some skepticism, after all if a dehumidifier did not cure the problem how could Envirovent. We arranged for a survey of our property and were encouraged by the professionalism and knowledge of the product shown by Oliver the surveyor. We had drawn up a list of "How does it do that" questions and he answered them all to our satisfaction so we decided to proceed with the purchase of Envirovent. The installation was completed in under two hours and every care was taken by the engineer to respect our property, he was friendly, polite and briefed us on what the installation entailed. On completion the engineer explained how to operate the simple remote control and dealt with any questions we posed. I am pleased to state that despite a brief period of cold weather the Envirovent unit has worked from day one, we have not had to wipe condensation from any windows and fusty smells have gone. An added bonus is that keeping the windows closed has made the house warmer.

The engineer fitted the Atmos Ventilation System plus the Cyclone 7 extractors in both the bathroom and kitchen very professionally and cleanly. After only 4 days with the system running there was a noticeable reduction in condensation and air freshness. The bathroom extractor exceeded my expectations. Overall I consider the system works exceptionally well and would recommend it

The man from Envirovent suggested we needed a new replacement fan in the bathroom as the existing one was not efficient enough. I also requested 2 non mechanical air vents to be placed in the property. Envirovent did exactly what I asked for which has improved the air quality and fixed the problem. This was all at a fair price and the workmanship was good and they hoovered up any dust from the work. I would use them again.

We are a 2-bed ground floor flat and had the most horrendous condensation problem. We had water running down the bedroom walls at times, mold spores and ruined clothes, bedding and the flat smelt musty. EnviroVent came and did a survey and gave us the advice and demonstrated the ATMOS passive unit and A Cyclone7 extractor for the bathroom. We couldn't believe that this unit would actually work, but with the money back guarantee offered we went ahead. The results are fantastic we have no more condensation, the air is fresh, no more mold on the ceilings its brilliant. The installation was very efficient and the chaps were clean and tidy. Worth every penny. We would highly recommend.

When renovating our 1930s semi we wanted to improve ventilation and were recommended to talk with Envirovent. Sam Hawkins came to do an inspection and I was impressed with his expertise. He recommended to install a Positive Input Ventilation system (Atmos) and a new bathroom extractor fan (Cyclone), and promptly followed up with detailed quotes after the visit. Sam was very thorough in answering all my follow up questions. The Envirovent systems needed access to outside air as well as sufficiently ventilated loft space, which we were able to ensure as part of roofing work taking place around the same time. Sam patiently worked with me and the roofer to ensure the right types of tile vents were placed in the right locations. Then the Envirovent engineer Adam Hornett was then able to complete the installations according to plan, with both the Atmos and Cyclone running well since then (one and a half month ago). We are hopeful that these systems will help to keep dampness at bay for many years to come, especially during the cooler months.

Shai did the initial survey and recommended the Cyclone 8 extractor. I had confidence in Shai's professional approach and agreed to make the purchase. On the installation day, the engineer arrived on time and proceeded to install the extractor. After the installation, the engineer demonstrated how to maintain/clean the extractor. I am satisfied with the survey and the installation, both surveyor and engineer did a good job. The extractor is working fine an I am glad I made the purchase.

This company resolved my issue and subsequently went on to really impress me with their caring attitude to do a great job despite a change in circumstances.

We had a Mr Venty ECO2 Wall installed and from the initial professional consultation to the quick, pain free installation the process has been flawless. The unit is great and I would recommend EnviroVent without hesitation. Our flat is condensation free and the air quality is immediately improved.

Following reading the article in the weekly Which? email about how to deal with condensation and mould problems I contacted Envirovent and requested their free survey. James duly arrived on the 5th January 2017 and carried out a thorough survey and explained in detail how the system he was recommending worked. Armed with the assurance of the 'Which? Trusted Trader Scheme' I confirmed acceptance for the installation of the ventilation system. The following day a telephone call was received and confirmed an installation date of the 12th January 2017. The engineer duly arrived and carried out the installation in a most professional manner, no mess and the job was completed in about 3 hours. I had been advised that it would take a couple of days for the system to be fully effective. However, the following morning there was no sign of the usual very wet windows including the bathroom and no condensation since. Thanks James and Carl and of-course 'Which?'

I had a system installed in my loft and a fan in my bathroom. The work was carried quickly and carefully. Iain was in attendance to oversee the work. My experience with Envirovent was fast and efficient from my initial telephone call to installation. I would highly recommend Envirovent.

Arrived on time and did an excellent and efficient job installing two fans with minimal fuss. Was a complicated process with a new duct needing to be drilled but left no mess and the fans are now working very well. Very pleased with the whole experience.

After a very positive conversation with Grant Amos he came to do a site survey. He was professional, very knowledgeable and managed to answer all of my questions in simple terms that I could understand. The order process was straight forward. The installer arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job. Following the installation we noticed an immediate reduction in the condensation and mould. Envirovent is an amazing product. It does exactly as it says 'on the tin' and I have no hesitation in recommending it.
