Had bad black mold issue in back bedrooms. From 1st consultation to finish, great service. Iain looked carefully at how to resolve the issue and product suggested was Mr Venty ECO2 Wall ventilation unit which was shown so had a idea of the size and worked involved. As soon as I said yes, appointment date was given approximately 1 month later. Follow up to confirm appointment was given. On the day of installation, a review was made which in the end saved me money. Iain also looked at other problem areas that were not part of the job i.e. bathroom extractor and looked at getting more from it. Very tentative and clean workers. I've added 4 stars for value for money as it's only just been installed. I do hope it will be and in anticipation of this being the case, give 4 stars!

We have had the loft based ' Mr Venty' , a Cyclone bathroom and kitchen units fitted for nearly three years now. The condensation and mould that we used to have are completely gone and the air in the house is much fresher . Just recently we had a problem with the bathroom unit, I reported this and they came out and fitted a brand new cartridge to the fan unit. All done in about 20 minutes. Very pleased with the initial installation and the very competent after sales service. I would highly recommend this company.

James from Envirovent visited our home to carry out a survey and to explain how their system worked. This was very informative and there was no sales pressure. We decided to go ahead a few days later and arranged an installation date. Installation was trouble free with no mess and took less than two hours. The technician was on time and was pleasant and polite. The system is totally silent and we have seen no more condensation on our windows from the morning after fitting, even after very cold nights. We bought a cheap hygrometer before installation and we have seen a significant reduction in humidity throughout the house. We are delighted with the results and we are confident that the black mould that we have now removed, will not return. I would definitely recommend this company.

I found EnviroVent very easy to deal with throughout the whole process. Despite me having to cancel a couple of appointments due to being unwell they were always courteous and flexible and happily re-arranged at times to suit me. The engineers who fitted the unit were polite and efficient, finishing the job in less time than quoted and doing a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I am very happy with my new unit and it has made a noticeable difference, for the better, to the air circulation in my flat. I would happily recommend EnviroVent to anyone.

From booking a quote to having the work done, they were very prompt and reliable. The men arrived dead on time to fit loft system and extractor fan in bathroom. This was done in 2 hours with minimum mess and disruption. I noticed how much fresher the air seemed immediately once they had finished. Wish I’d had it done sooner

We had our Envirovent fitted in 2013 due to bad mould & condensation, within 24 hours the air quality was excellent, no more mould or wet windows. We have just had our 5 year service, the staff are friendly. Brilliant service.
