Really professional from survey and quoting from salesperson to communication from customer support team and then finally fitting. Left no mess and explained everything throughout. Can't comment on the benefits of the system as yet as only been 4 days but no condensation on windows in that time.

Having over insulated our home, we started to suffer damp and mould in several of our rooms. A friends property had a ventilation system in its loft which seemed to keep the air in their property fresh and mold free, we therefore decided to do some research and came across Mr Venty of EnviroVent South West Devon. Charlie called and did his survey and made some suggestions, which we took him up on, had the system installed. That was 5 years ago. We have been so pleased with the outcome. We had been cleaning mold and damp from our walls on an almost weekly basis, but no more. And just to make sure the property stays in the same good order, we have just a few days ago had the Enhanced Service of our EnviroVent Mr Venty PIV unit, to extend our warrant a further 5 years. The installer/fitter (Ezra) did his usual excellent job. Thank you to all the team.

I am so pleased with the envirovent, I purchases a very old stone cottage and had black damp in almost every room, the previous owners had spent a fortune trying to solve it, I approached enviro vent and thought it was worth a shot and I am so pleased all traces disappeared every room, I would recommend them to any one.

We asked EnviroVent to fix a serious damp issue we had in our rental flat back in November 2014. Mike Chajkin from EnviroVent did a very professional job that was well priced and, best of all, the problem is still fixed (with absolutely no issues) since then. I would highly recommend them if you want a proper solution to your damp problem.

Easy to deal with, from the original contact to the home visit and the work then carried out, all went well. Installation was carried out on time and was clean and fast. Follow up call a few days later to make sure all is working as it should and that the installation went well. All in all, very pleased.

I am a landlord of a house with some condensation issues and had heard of positive input ventilation before so read up more. The quote process by Environment was simple, quick and Richard very helpful and reassuring. Then the installation including a bathroom extractor with some electrical upgrades went smoothly. The warranty had expired on our Cyclone 7 extractor fan so we had a replacement cartridge and impeller fitted including new 5 years parts & labour warranty. We were impressed with how all the servicing and repair takes place in an instant by simply exchanging the plug out/plug in central cartridge. The old one can then be returned to the factory to be recycled or reworked. We were impressed with the efficient service and excellent communication that we received from the EnviroVent Domestic Ventilation Specialist. The Cyclone 7 extractor fan is an excellent product at controlling humidity levels quietly and efficiently in our rental properties.

We suffered for 18 years from condensation in our bungalow, also some black mould. This system has completely eradicated the problem, as by now [16/12/2018] it would certainly have been evident. Windows completely dry first thing, and no sign of mould. Would thoroughly recommend.

I’ve been having condensation problems since moving into my bungalow six years ago and thought the problem was something I would have to live with. However, after having new windows and a new roof, I believed maybe the problem could be solved. But no. In fact, the problem got worse. After contacting Ian Puttock from Envirovent, my worries about damp patches have been assuaged. Extremely knowledgeable, reassuring and professional from the survey to installation, the team from Envirovent are the team to trust. No pushy salespeople; just genuine advice. Although it is early days, I have seen a dramatic change already. The Atmos Loft mounted unit and Cyclone extraction fan seem to be doing a great job. I’ll probably see more evidence of the impact later in the year.

We had had a background damp problem since moving into our bungalow 7 years ago, with mildew in the corners and some black mould, then when the heating went off this spring we noticed it had got a lot worse as paint was peeling off the walls in and adjacent to the bathroom, the door and door jam swelled up and a nearby wall cupboard filled with mildew & smelt like a cave. We had it inspected by a damp specialist and were told that the bathroom fan was no longer working and condensation had migrated to all the cold surfaces. An Envirovent cyclonic fan was recommended but the price quoted for installation seemed excessive so we went directly to Envirovent. While they were surveying for the fan, the Atmos home ventilation system was mentioned and that seemed like an ideal partner to the fan, to counteract the mildew in the outlying rooms, so we ordered them both. They were installed very quickly and efficiently, all mess cleared up and the price of the fan was half what the other firm had quoted, so we were very pleased. The equipment has only been in place for a week so difficult to rate the outcome, but it's all working beautifully and we would give this trader the highest recommendation.

Our house had a serious problem with mould and condensation which we hadn’t been able to resolve despite trying all the usual suggestions. We had an atmos unit fitted in our loft and the cyclone in the bathroom. The air in our house felt fresher immediately but not cold, which I was worried about. We’ve had several cold mornings and not a drop of condensation on the windows. We can finally start to repair the damage done by several years worth of condensation.

This is our second time using James to install a vent in our home. The first time was a 1900 terrace with lots of damp/condensation issues and the difference it made was incredible. No more damp patches or mold, it took the damp out of the air so we didn’t spend as much on heating and my husband's issues with his breathing went away. This time a 1970’s terrace with an open staircase to the living room. The condensation in the winter was terrible, it made all the paint peal around the windows and would pour down the windows. We had a baby and as soon as there were issues in his room I made it a priority to get a vent fitted knowing how good they were. Immediately all the condensation disappeared, even in the porch on the front with no proper heating. James is a great, lovely guy, knows what he’s talking about and communication is fantastic. I can’t recommend enough.

We had a PIV installed in our bungalow and overnight the condensation on our doors and windows disappeared. It’s a considered purchase but we felt that the whole process was clearly set out by the rep and the work carried out to a high standard. If you suffer from condensation then consider Envirovent we are extremely pleased with the results especially as we had bought new windows and shutters.

Moved into a Victorian house and was plagued by mould and condensation. After several re paints I tried Envirovent and problem solved! Mould and condensation gone. Had this done a few years ago now and I'm still clear!

I recently had a Cyclone 7 fan installed, as I was having issues with condensation and mould. I had initially contacted Envirovent regarding getting a 'Mr Venty', PIV system installed, but Envirovent's surveyor, Iain, identified that the issue was from a poorly ventilated bathroom and suggested the significantly cheaper option of installing the Cyclone 7 fan, instead. Iain personally carried out the installation, running new ducting and changing the existing vents. Iain tested the installation, but was unhappy with the fans performance, so returned a few days later to move the fan to a new location in the bathroom and run new ducting. The result is excellent. The fan is extremely effective at clearing the steam from the shower and we now have a dry, condensation and mould free bathroom. Iain did an excellent job of installing the unit. He carried out the work quickly, didn't leave any mess and was very accommodating. Overall, I can highly recommend EnviroVent West London.
