The product is amazing and should be used a lot more than they are in older properties or those with damp or condensation issues. I would definitely use the company and products again in future properties.

As a new landlord and following a periodic visit to my rented property, I was devastated to find the mould conditions that had accumulated in the 6 months since it had been rented, it was severe. Being an engineer, I spent around 3 days researching typical causes and potential solutions, many of which I found relied on the habits and integrity of the tenant, which is almost impossible to control. It was at this point that my online research led me to the solutions and services offered by Grant at Envirovent. He provided me with free friendly advice, as well as a comprehensive technical insight into the 'world of mould', and following a house survey I decided upon the Whole House ventilation system. What I really liked was the flexibility of being able to buy the kit, so that with a little planning I could install it myself, and therefore save some money. For my house the results were almost instant (over the weekend); the house had a nice fresh smell and the condensate around the windows and down the walls had completely disappeared. For me as a landlord not currently living in the country, I now have complete piece of mind that I no longer have to worry about the mould coming back, and would therefore highly recommend the products of environvent, and as well the friendly competent services of Grant for anyone else facing a similar predicament. Prompt, courteous and thoroughly professional, from the initial survey by Grant to the final installation by Julius and his team. The work in three flats was completed in one day and to a satisfactory finish. Work was carried out in January 2016 and I have had no complaints from my tenants regarding damp since then. I would happily do business again with Envirovent Guildford and Portsmouth!

I would highly recommend Envirovent. We had an ongoing condensation issue in our flat, which has been resolved since having the Envirovent wall unit and extractor fan installed. The company have been great to deal with!

In one of our flats we had black mould in several rooms. The installation of an Envirovent fan in the bathroom, quickly reduced and then eliminated the mould and associated condensation from the bath and shower. Would definitely recommend this as a solution to this problem. The overall service was excellent, from initial contact with Mike, to survey, quotation and fan installation all meetings and work on time and to schedule. From the initial consultation to the final installation I can do nothing other than highly recommend this company. A massive thanks to Alan and his team. I was kept informed throughout the fitment by the installation team who were courteous and extremely clean with the fitting. We needed 3 ventilation units fitted and the team were excellent. I expected it to take forever but both days it was done in just a couple of hours. Very efficient, very clear on how to work the system should we need to change anything, and very friendly guys too! I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
