Brilliant service! We had trouble with our front door lock and he sorted it in no time. Quick to respond, really efficient, and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely use again!

The lock on our UPVC door developed a fault on a Monday morning and we couldn't lock it. I phoned Erringtons and got an immediate reply followed by a visit just over the hour. We discussed what might be the problem and he explained to me different options. He then replaced the multi point locking mechanism and adjusted the hinges to realign the door. He was quick and efficient and now the door works perfectly. It was extremely professional, efficient and great customer service.

The trader promised to come next day, and asked for photos. I contacted him twice by phone and by email. He did not contact me.

Our back door locking mechanism developed a fault around 7pm on a Friday night, it would not allow us to lock the door at all. Which was pretty worrying. We've used Errington Locksmiths before and knew they'd be able to at least lock the door for us. So my wife kindly contacted Errington Locksmiths and around an hour later (we said it wasn't mega urgent), we had an engineer on site - and within half an hour the cassette was replaced, but also door re-aligned and hand on heart, the door has never been as easy and quiet to close since it was installed (by SafeStyle, never again). Hugely friendly, great service - have recommended to friends already. (emergency call out fee wasn't that bad either).
