I contacted Loz through the retirement property where I needed the work done on my flat as he does a lot of work for them. He talked me through my options of repairing or replacing the 30 year old economy 7 radiators , we then settled on a date convenient for us both for installation. He kept in contact (when we purchased the new radiators, delivery date and installation date) He was very thorough and would thoroughly recommend.

External lamp lighting fitted and wired around outside of house, two spotlights and sensors replaced and motion activated overhead porch light fitted. Laurence carried out the work very professional standard and kept active communication explaining what he was doing and seeking our input on decisions. He worked out the best solution to fit the wiring to stretch around the house. The inside work was very neat and we are very pleased with the final outcome. This was our second time working with Laurence and we would highly recommend him.

As part of a building project to remodel our kitchen and dining area, Laurence rewired the space, factoring in lighting, electrical power sockets and connections for new appliances, fitting smoke and heat detectors, upgrading our fuse board and carrying out a survey of electrics elsewhere in the house. The work was completed professionally, with consultation and decision making from us at every stage, and the fitting phased to co-ordinate with the building works and kitchen installation. We had complete trust in Laurence's work and he worked hard to complete the job as safely and quickly as possible. With constant communication between us, we ensured that we covered all lighting and power needs, as well as some future proofing, and no regrets that we'd missed anything on completion. It was great to have Laurence here and he was always willing to answer questions, explain his work and suggest solutions when needed. Also, he is very easy to get on with and there was never a dull moment when he was around.

Essential Electrics carried out an Electrical Condition Report for a rental property. We have used them for numerous electrical jobs over the last 5 years. Their work has always been of a high quality and always at the agreed quoted price.

The variety of work included rewiring and commissioning external landlord's and tenants supplies, external security lighting, wired linked emergency lighting and smoke alarm systems, individual domestic dwelling consumer units, finally providing EIRC's.
