Essential Plumbing & Heating Ltd

Our boiler was showing its age and needed replacing. Essential Plumbing & Heating arranged for Samson to visit to quote for and advise on the installation, which included moving the flue because the existing flue was too close to a window. Samson called when he was on his way, gave excellent advise and quoted the same evening. On the day of the installation Samson arrived on time, explained the schedule and kept to it. They were tidy and cleared up upon completion. Samson was very patient in setting up the Hive system and explaining how to use it with the new boiler. Final cost was exactly as quoted. I would recommend them for boiler installations.

Essential have recently completed a full bathroom and downstairs cloakroom refurb. We wanted someone to completely take charge of the project and also to help choose the fixtures and fittings, which is exactly what they did. We were given a quote for all of the works, and once we accepted, we were sent a full timetable of the work from start to finish. The workmen were brilliant, all really friendly and polite, and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Essential without hesitation. We are so happy with our new bathroom and downstairs cloakroom refurbishment.

I’ve been really impressed with Essential Plumbing and Heating. We needed a boiler replacement quite quickly after moving into our new home, and the team made everything straightforward from the start. They responded promptly, provided a clear quote, and arranged the work quickly to meet our needs. They kept us updated throughout, which was really reassuring. Samson explained our options clearly and worked with professionalism, enthusiasm and care. They were very personable, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel much less stressful. I’d been quite anxious about getting the boiler sorted, but Essential Plumbing and Heating listened to our concerns and really helped put my mind at ease. The installation was completed efficiently, with consideration and to a high standard. I would happily recommend Essential Plumbing and Heating.

I am extremely satisfied with this company. They responded to my query within 24 hours and a lovely gentleman named Samson visited our house the next day. Our boiler was damaged and we had to act quickly before it stopped working. We immediately liked Samson from the moment he entered the house and he answered our questions very effectively. I must also praise the engineer named Josh who installed the boiler his hard work and pleasant personality have not gone unnoticed my family were very pleased to have him work on the boiler. He went above and beyond to ensure everything is working. I highly recommend Essential Plumbing Heating to anyone looking for exactly "You get what you pay for".

I recommend Essential Plumbing & Heating all the time, to my neighbours and my acquaintance. When we needed our bathrooms replaced, we preferred Essential for three reasons: transparency, reliability and ease. First, the whole price is quoted, not just labour, and Essential manage the ordering of everything. That meant I didn’t have to choose the right size of suite or taps and worry whether the delivery would arrive in time for the trades to install. Everyone else quoted labour and then the hardware was extra on top. There is a limit to how much project management I am willing to do. Secondly, Essential arranged to complete all the works while we were on holiday. We communicated by What’s App and e-banking. When the wrong tiles were delivered, they sorted it out without any delays. They stuck to their timetable (& fed the cat). It was never too much work for Stephanie to What’s App me & Samson sent me videos of work and progress. There were two snags when we returned and both were dealt with and resolved. I don’t expect no mistakes but I care how they’re dealt with & my two issues were sorted out. Thirdly, it was so easy. I went away and when I came back, I had two new working bathrooms. The place was cleaned and sparkling. The cat was alive. I didn’t have to live with the water turned off, or with plumbing supplies in my living room., not even overnight My bathrooms are lovely. I have sparkling new showers, sink, bath, taps, tiles and cupboards. It makes me smile
