I am extremely satisfied with this company. They responded to my query within 24 hours and a lovely gentleman named Samson visited our house the next day. Our boiler was damaged and we had to act quickly before it stopped working. We immediately liked Samson from the moment he entered the house and he answered our questions very effectively. I must also praise the engineer named Josh who installed the boiler his hard work and pleasant personality have not gone unnoticed my family were very pleased to have him work on the boiler. He went above and beyond to ensure everything is working. I highly recommend Essential Plumbing Heating to anyone looking for exactly "You get what you pay for".

I recommend Essential Plumbing & Heating all the time, to my neighbours and my acquaintance. When we needed our bathrooms replaced, we preferred Essential for three reasons: transparency, reliability and ease. First, the whole price is quoted, not just labour, and Essential manage the ordering of everything. That meant I didn’t have to choose the right size of suite or taps and worry whether the delivery would arrive in time for the trades to install. Everyone else quoted labour and then the hardware was extra on top. There is a limit to how much project management I am willing to do. Secondly, Essential arranged to complete all the works while we were on holiday. We communicated by What’s App and e-banking. When the wrong tiles were delivered, they sorted it out without any delays. They stuck to their timetable (& fed the cat). It was never too much work for Stephanie to What’s App me & Samson sent me videos of work and progress. There were two snags when we returned and both were dealt with and resolved. I don’t expect no mistakes but I care how they’re dealt with & my two issues were sorted out. Thirdly, it was so easy. I went away and when I came back, I had two new working bathrooms. The place was cleaned and sparkling. The cat was alive. I didn’t have to live with the water turned off, or with plumbing supplies in my living room., not even overnight My bathrooms are lovely. I have sparkling new showers, sink, bath, taps, tiles and cupboards. It makes me smile
