Essex Heating Services is a family run Gas Heating and Plumbing Company that has operated for a number of years, providing quality services to the Domestic and Commercial community within the Essex region.
We are a Gas Safe Registered Company and can be found in the Yellow Pages and Thompsons Local Business Directories within the GAS SAFE Registered Advertisement.

I found this company through online reviews 5 years ago. We had them come in to supply and got a new boiler. They gave genuine honest and truthful advice which I am grateful I took. The installation of the boiler was conducted like a well rehearsed drill - clean, tidy, efficient. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. They send out timely reminders of service dates, their engineers are just lovely people, their services are well prices, especially for the quality of their work and professionalism. Can’t recommend them enough. Glad there are still businesses with such great customer focus.

I used this firm to disconnect and remove a calor gas stove. An appointment was made within a week and on the day before they advised me of the time frame for their attendance the next day. They advised me again on the day itself of the time frame and stuck to this. They did the job very efficiently and were very friendly. All in all the service was excellent.

Turned up on time to service 2 Keston Boilers, very polite, explained a couple of aspects that could be improved. This was the third year I'd used these guys and each year the boilers have been trouble free, unlike some of the previous service companies.

Having just moved into a new property, we had on our list of priorities to get the boiler serviced. The team at Essex heating services previously carried out services in our old property so asked them to do the same for this new one. Taylor was on time, very helpful and friendly and explained what work he was going to carry out and even answered some questions we had and a few issues we needed fixing. 5/5 and would definitely recommend

Second time of using Essex Heating Services and I can honestly say that the help they have given me both times has been amazing. The first time to install a new heating system which was done on time, efficiently, with care and consideration by Taylor and Carl. The second time was to service the boiler and to eliminate the air in the system which was caused by a huge water leak outside when the mains water had been switched off by Essex & Suffolk Water. After telephoning Paul he came back to me advising that Taylor would come that afternoon. The whole team are friendly, polite and nothing is too much trouble. Being an OAP it is very much appreciated.

Essex Heating engineer taylor is very efficient very pleasant and very good at his job. He worked tirelessly for well over 2hrs fixing the problem he had to cut out a part of the gas pipe to remove the problem then fix it all back together again which he did perfectly and he gave me my heating back which was very much appreciated as I am 81 and had been without proper heating since christmas eve.

Booking was simple and via email, which suits me better than waiting on phone calls when at work. Suitable appointment was agreed and Taylor arrived promptly. He did a full and thorough service on both our Gas Boiler for Central Heating and our Gas Fire Place. He was polite and professional at all times. Paul got back to me promptly, he managed my expectations in a realistic but informed way bespoke to our situation. Paul’s communication was informed, polite, useful & focused on customer care. He was interested & understood what I was saying. He advised when Carlos would arrive and you can track arrival times which allowed me to tidy and prepare but organise working from home. Carlos was forensic, skilled, charming, tidy, prompt & reliable. This is old fashioned customer service and I never felt patronised. But more importantly, I just found they both cared about the job and wanted to resolve it - which they have. I will definitely use Essex Heating again and have found a quality company I feel I can trust and recommend to friends & colleagues …. at last! Thank you both

Repairs to gas boiler
After phoning Essex Heating and speaking to Paul he told me Carlos would be with me on Thursday 20th he Arrived as scheduled first thing in the morning, after carrying out some tests Carlos pinpoited the fault with the boiler he had to go to the retailer for the part he was gone no more than half hour, got the boiler up and running again then carried out a full service ,fantastic service would recommend Essex Heating 100 per cent 👍

My planned appointment with Essex Heating Services for replacing a new kitchen pipes was carried out on time as arranged. During this visit I found the Technician(Carlos) to be friendly and considerate in keeping the area protected from spillage and making sure everything was working properly before leaving. I am very satisfy with the work carried as I have been using this family run business for over 5 years for the annual servicing of my boiler. I have always found the Technicians to be very friendly, helpful (especially Taylor and Carlos), honest when explaining the problem. I can certainly say yes without any reservation I would definitely recommend this company.
