Essex Heating Services is a family run Gas Heating and Plumbing Company that has operated for a number of years, providing quality services to the Domestic and Commercial community within the Essex region.
We are a Gas Safe Registered Company and can be found in the Yellow Pages and Thompsons Local Business Directories within the GAS SAFE Registered Advertisement.

I use Essex Heating Services each year to service my elderly mothers gas fire , which obviously is very important. As usual they have a very professional and excellent service, and when something needed a bit of extra attention it was dealt with immediately. Taylor who came round was also extremely polite and friendly , which makes a huge difference. Great service.

Essex Heating Services have carried out the boiler service since they installed the new boiler several years ago. Paul and Taylor are friendly and polite. They send messages to confirm the date and time. Taylor carries out the service which is done efficiently and thoroughly. They also check afterwards that all is working ok. Very happy and will continue to use this company.

Essex Heating Services got our boiler up and running again within 24 hours after it had locked out over the weekend with error code F61. Excellent service have used before and will continue to do so. Taylor was thorough and informative throughout.

Very helpful and installed new gas cooker at short notice

Contacted Essex Heating Services as our old gas cooker had suddenly given up the ghost and we wanted a new one fitted later the same week. Paul and Carlos were very helpful and accommodating. They clearly explained the new Gas Safe regulations as we had been getting confusing (and incorrect) information from cooker retailers about whether our existing cooker hood met the minimum height clearance requirement for the new cooker. Thankfully it did so we could order the new cooker. Carlos came and carried out a number of safety checks, and uninstalled the old cooker so it could be taken away by the company supplying the new cooker later that day. Carlos returned as arranged the next morning, installed the new cooker and carried out the final safety checks. We were very happy with the work and expertise of both Carlos and Paul, we would have no hesitation using Essex Heating Services again in the future and have already recommended them to a friend.

I called Paul at Essex Heating Services as we had trouble with our Warm Air Heater Unit. Paul arranged a date and time and came out with Carlos, rectifies the fault and got us up and running again. This is an excellent company to use for efficiency, understanding and politeness and would thoroughly recommend them.

A seamless operation, booked a service for the boiler. The engineer informed us of the arrival time, arrived a little early, explained the process and how long it would take. He was thorough, helpful and tidy. When finished he tidied up and left us with a fully operational boiler, an email arrived the next day letting us know that if we had any issues to get in touch and that the annual reminder for a service had been booked. Would definitely recommend this company.
