Essex Heating Services is a family run Gas Heating and Plumbing Company that has operated for a number of years, providing quality services to the Domestic and Commercial community within the Essex region.
We are a Gas Safe Registered Company and can be found in the Yellow Pages and Thompsons Local Business Directories within the GAS SAFE Registered Advertisement.

A problem with our shower and general hot water required two visits. Taylor assessed our shower unit which required replacement due to limescale. Excellent service from Taylor, clean and efficient and courteous. Carl followed up a few days later to assess our hot water tank and thermostat. He took the time to ensure the water flow was correct with necessary adjustments. Recommended a new tank thermostat which will follow. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Their knowledge and the quality of work is second to none. No short cuts. Very nice fellas too!

This company is excellent, it's easy to make appointment when covient to you, The maintenance work l had done was very though and l have used this company for some years now and the work is always excellent and they are very helpful giving information on what they are doing. I wanted to replace a toilet flush system with a higher-quality system. Despite some initial doubts about the feasibility of what I had in mind, after a visit involving a thorough investigation of the issues involved, a mutually agreed solution was quickly found and executed by the highly competent and knowledgeable Taylor within 6 working days of the initial visit. I found the firm to be highly efficient, well organised, very approachable, understanding and friendly. Email communications regarding progress, etc., were excellent throughout. Highly recommended.

Essex Heating engineer taylor is very efficient very pleasant and very good at his job. He worked tirelessly for well over 2hrs fixing the problem he had to cut out a part of the gas pipe to remove the problem then fix it all back together again which he did perfectly and he gave me my heating back which was very much appreciated as I am 81 and had been without proper heating since christmas eve.

The communication from the outset was excellent and continued right through to the completion of the whole process. Both our Warm Air Boiler and our Hot Water gas boiler were checked and serviced. Taylor who did the work was absolutely thorough, explained everything in understandable, simple language and used photos to show us what had been done. He answered all our questions and was extremely polite and helpful. A real pleasure to have him working in our house. We are now very happy and confident in the expected performance from our boilers for the next year. Communication from Paul in the office has also been excellent, letting us know at each stage of the process exactly what to expect. We thoroughly recommend them and will be using them again ourselves, and consider we have received good value for money.

The rads in our bathroom and en-suite we're coming on randomly and also staying on, even if we turned the hot water off. Taylor did a comprehensive fault-find analysis to solve the problem. He has worked at our home before and is a very respectful an tidy worker. Can highly recommend

Had a boiler fitted by a big boiler company few years back had a leake appear tried dealing with them but not very helpful and just wanted me to take out a service plan first. Found Essex heating services online from there previous reviews got back to me quickly and said something they could help with was clear from first email what would happen and transparent with the cost. Engineer came when said they would Taylor was friendly and efficient found the fault made safe and tried to get the part as soon as them came back and completed the job and serviced the boiler all at a reasonable cost will be using again and recommending highly.
