Essex Heating Services is a family run Gas Heating and Plumbing Company that has operated for a number of years, providing quality services to the Domestic and Commercial community within the Essex region.
We are a Gas Safe Registered Company and can be found in the Yellow Pages and Thompsons Local Business Directories within the GAS SAFE Registered Advertisement.

Essex Heating have carried out regular annual servicing on my heating system for a number of years including replacing radiators a couple of years ago. They are a reliable family run business who are prepared to go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. Good communication, polite and efficient and work carried out in a timely manner. My planned appointment with Essex Heating Services for replacing a new kitchen pipes was carried out on time as arranged. During this visit I found the Technician(Carlos) to be friendly and considerate in keeping the area protected from spillage and making sure everything was working properly before leaving. I am very satisfy with the work carried as I have been using this family run business for over 5 years for the annual servicing of my boiler. I have always found the Technicians to be very friendly, helpful (especially Taylor and Carlos), honest when explaining the problem. I can certainly say yes without any reservation I would definitely recommend this company.

I wanted to replace a toilet flush system with a higher-quality system. Despite some initial doubts about the feasibility of what I had in mind, after a visit involving a thorough investigation of the issues involved, a mutually agreed solution was quickly found and executed by the highly competent and knowledgeable Taylor within 6 working days of the initial visit. I found the firm to be highly efficient, well organised, very approachable, understanding and friendly. Email communications regarding progress, etc., were excellent throughout. Highly recommended.

We recently had a new boiler installed but ceased working and therefore did not have heating at our commercial premises. I contacted Paul at Essex Heating Services who was quick to respond to my initial enquiry, provide a cost and a date to assess the situation. I was also kept informed of any changes to my appointment and anticipated arrival times etc. A chap called Taylor arrived, super friendly and knowledgeable. He advised that the boiler is under warranty so that would be the first point of call, however he cleaned up some debris with in the gas cylinder which seems to have solved the issue entirely! I was impressed with the level of customer service and such a friendly team. Thanks all at Essex Heating Services!

The boiler was well overdue for a service. I couldn’t even get anyone to call me back. Until I got Essex Heating Services' number.
