Essex Heating Services is a family run Gas Heating and Plumbing Company that has operated for a number of years, providing quality services to the Domestic and Commercial community within the Essex region.
We are a Gas Safe Registered Company and can be found in the Yellow Pages and Thompsons Local Business Directories within the GAS SAFE Registered Advertisement.

A problem with our shower and general hot water required two visits. Taylor assessed our shower unit which required replacement due to limescale. Excellent service from Taylor, clean and efficient and courteous. Carl followed up a few days later to assess our hot water tank and thermostat. He took the time to ensure the water flow was correct with necessary adjustments. Recommended a new tank thermostat which will follow. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Their knowledge and the quality of work is second to none. No short cuts. Very nice fellas too!

Carlos came again this year to service the boiler and check for the gas safety certificate. As always he is friendly and helpful. He does a very thorough job and gives good advice. We regularly have the team at Essex Heating Services provide an annual service on our warm air heating unit. Being the type of heating that it is, we’re always wanting to ensure it remains in good condition, and Taylor who has attended the last few years now does an excellent job, always leaving the working area in a clean state, advises of any future work/parts that may be needed and is a overall nice person when attending. For anyone who is wanting a reliable company that you know what to expect, definitely go with them :)

Yearly boiler service, a broken and leaking part found, a quick phone call and part collected from the local spares shop and replaced, couldn't of asked for better service and effort. Extremely competitive cost. Great communication for arriving that day. Highly recommended family run company.

I have used Essex Heating Services for a number of years. Boiler servicing, radiator and shower pump replacement. What matters to me when using a trades person is they are reliable, turn up when they say, do a good job and tidy up afterwards. This they do and charges are very reasonable. Couldn't ask for more.

We were searching for an experienced engineer who could service/maintain our Starley and Johnson warm air heating system and our gas water heating boiler. We contacted EssexHeating Services and have been delighted with the Service they provided. Their communication is excellent. They respond to questions promptly and keep you informed and up to date with progress and when to expect them. We received a full report on completion of the works. The Technician/Engineer arrived at the agreed time as well as the previous 3 years. Always very courteous and introduced himself even though he's visited the property previously. Whilst working he was friendly and explained exactly what he was doing as well as asking for reminder where gas and water are located inside and outside the property. Work was carried out within a reasonable time and areas was left clean and tidy and well within budget when compared with the previous year. He made certain everything was in good working order before leaving the property.

You pay for what you get... I've used them for about 7 years, i think. They turn up are quick efficient and polite. Not the cheapest, but hey do you really want a cheap company fixing a gas boiler? I use them on a rental flat too. This time a younger guy turned up and he was spot on. So they can train and retain staff. js

A great thank you to Paul and Taylor from Essex Heating Services (chosen from Stuart Turner's list of approved installers). Paul called back almost immediately after I had left a message. After explaining what had to be done he promised to arrange for an installer to come. He rang soon after and then confirmed appointment by email. Taylor came within the time frame and the replacement cassette for our WC2 macerator was installed within next to no time. Taylor was very cheerful, polite and competent. The price was really reasonable and I would use and recommend Essex Heating Services any time.

I contacted Essex Heating Solutions Ltd. Paul & Carlos. Because I had a technical problem with a hybrid gas boiler which I could not repair. After discussing the problem with Paul & Carlos, We arranged a joint visit with my client, Carlos called as agreed, inspected the installation consulted the regulations for the type of boiler and made the appropriate alterations. The whole thing was handled with prompt, professional expertise. I had contacted other companies seeking assistance without success. Essex Heating Solutions Ltd. proved to be the exception to the rule. Thanks again G.

Carl came to service our product (which my colleagues bought without any servicing or paperwork). I had no knowledge in the area or much clue what was needed and he was so helpful, explained everything really well as he worked, told us what work was needed to ensure our product was gas safe and completed that work quickly afterwards. He went above and beyond in helping me shift the product in and out the container as I couldn’t do it myself and spelt everything out to me as a complete novice which was so helpful! Will definitely be booking future services with Carl!
