Essex Heating Services is a family run Gas Heating and Plumbing Company that has operated for a number of years, providing quality services to the Domestic and Commercial community within the Essex region.
We are a Gas Safe Registered Company and can be found in the Yellow Pages and Thompsons Local Business Directories within the GAS SAFE Registered Advertisement.

As previously, he set about his work in a very professional way, was courteous throughout, and was very helpful in a couple of peripheral water related questions. We recently had a new boiler installed but ceased working and therefore did not have heating at our commercial premises. I contacted Paul at Essex Heating Services who was quick to respond to my initial enquiry, provide a cost and a date to assess the situation. I was also kept informed of any changes to my appointment and anticipated arrival times etc. A chap called Taylor arrived, super friendly and knowledgeable. He advised that the boiler is under warranty so that would be the first point of call, however he cleaned up some debris with in the gas cylinder which seems to have solved the issue entirely! I was impressed with the level of customer service and such a friendly team. Thanks all at Essex Heating Services!

This company is excellent, it's easy to make appointment when covient to you, The maintenance work l had done was very though and l have used this company for some years now and the work is always excellent and they are very helpful giving information on what they are doing. 3-way valve not working correctly [not surprising, had been fitted for around 35 years] Taylor came to fit a replacement Honeywell 3-port valve, completed the work promptly, and after fitting and adding the replacement inhibitor. All tested Rad's & Hot water, all working OK. All work carried out efficiently and tidily, I was very satisfied and will recommend them to anyone needing heating work done.

Taylor has attend a couple of times to resolve issues with our ageing Lennox Furnace. First time was an ongoing issue we’d had two other companies look at with no joy. He identified an issue & has a part reconditioned as replacement was unavailable. It has worked fine since until the old thermostat failed.

The communication from the outset was excellent and continued right through to the completion of the whole process. Both our Warm Air Boiler and our Hot Water gas boiler were checked and serviced. Taylor who did the work was absolutely thorough, explained everything in understandable, simple language and used photos to show us what had been done. He answered all our questions and was extremely polite and helpful. A real pleasure to have him working in our house. We are now very happy and confident in the expected performance from our boilers for the next year. Communication from Paul in the office has also been excellent, letting us know at each stage of the process exactly what to expect. We thoroughly recommend them and will be using them again ourselves, and consider we have received good value for money.
