Essex Heating Services is a family run Gas Heating and Plumbing Company that has operated for a number of years, providing quality services to the Domestic and Commercial community within the Essex region.
We are a Gas Safe Registered Company and can be found in the Yellow Pages and Thompsons Local Business Directories within the GAS SAFE Registered Advertisement.

Essex Heating Services have carried out the boiler service since they installed the new boiler several years ago. Paul and Taylor are friendly and polite. They send messages to confirm the date and time. Taylor carries out the service which is done efficiently and thoroughly. They also check afterwards that all is working ok. Very happy and will continue to use this company.

Contacted Essex Heating Services as our old gas cooker had suddenly given up the ghost and we wanted a new one fitted later the same week. Paul and Carlos were very helpful and accommodating. They clearly explained the new Gas Safe regulations as we had been getting confusing (and incorrect) information from cooker retailers about whether our existing cooker hood met the minimum height clearance requirement for the new cooker. Thankfully it did so we could order the new cooker. Carlos came and carried out a number of safety checks, and uninstalled the old cooker so it could be taken away by the company supplying the new cooker later that day. Carlos returned as arranged the next morning, installed the new cooker and carried out the final safety checks. We were very happy with the work and expertise of both Carlos and Paul, we would have no hesitation using Essex Heating Services again in the future and have already recommended them to a friend.

3-way valve not working correctly [not surprising, had been fitted for around 35 years] Taylor came to fit a replacement Honeywell 3-port valve, completed the work promptly, and after fitting and adding the replacement inhibitor. All tested Rad's & Hot water, all working OK. All work carried out efficiently and tidily, I was very satisfied and will recommend them to anyone needing heating work done.

Repairs to gas boiler
After phoning Essex Heating and speaking to Paul he told me Carlos would be with me on Thursday 20th he Arrived as scheduled first thing in the morning, after carrying out some tests Carlos pinpoited the fault with the boiler he had to go to the retailer for the part he was gone no more than half hour, got the boiler up and running again then carried out a full service ,fantastic service would recommend Essex Heating 100 per cent 👍

Paul got back to me promptly, he managed my expectations in a realistic but informed way bespoke to our situation. Paul’s communication was informed, polite, useful & focused on customer care. He was interested & understood what I was saying. He advised when Carlos would arrive and you can track arrival times which allowed me to tidy and prepare but organise working from home. Carlos was forensic, skilled, charming, tidy, prompt & reliable. This is old fashioned customer service and I never felt patronised. But more importantly, I just found they both cared about the job and wanted to resolve it - which they have. I will definitely use Essex Heating again and have found a quality company I feel I can trust and recommend to friends & colleagues …. at last! Thank you both

We recently had a new boiler installed but ceased working and therefore did not have heating at our commercial premises. I contacted Paul at Essex Heating Services who was quick to respond to my initial enquiry, provide a cost and a date to assess the situation. I was also kept informed of any changes to my appointment and anticipated arrival times etc. A chap called Taylor arrived, super friendly and knowledgeable. He advised that the boiler is under warranty so that would be the first point of call, however he cleaned up some debris with in the gas cylinder which seems to have solved the issue entirely! I was impressed with the level of customer service and such a friendly team. Thanks all at Essex Heating Services!

I chose Essex Heating Services to install my new boiler in 2016 and they have serviced it ever since - with 1 day notice in this case. They have always been warm, friendly and efficient, and have always given every indication of expert knowledge in the central heating system. Charges have been fair and are quoted in advance (service £78 including VAT.) This is an organisation I would trust in a crisis.

Came and fixed a fault in my boiler with no parts, just cleaning, when the previous trader said it could not be fixed. Excellent work. Taylor and Ed are real diamond's. They know their stuff and are approved to use that knowledge. Ten out of ten.
