This feedback is not intended as a criticism but as a sugggestion for improvement. Without doubt the contractor is very approachable and friendly. He has been very kind and flexible throughout the booking process to find a suitable time for everyone. However, they did not check whether the area of the property was an area where drones can fly. We only found out on the day of the inspection (Friday) when It turned out that that was a no-fly zone for drones. They reassured me that they would fix the issue by early next week. The next week I contacted them multiple times suggesting whether we should find alternatives to the drone. They just gave evasive responses and indicated that there apparently there was a problem with the drone itself more than with the specific area of the property. On Friday I decided to choose another contractor and let them know. They only then came back to me and indicated that they could not fly the drone due to the no-fly zone. I would highly recommend to the contractor to be more transparent and clearly states whether they will be able to carry out their tasks or not. This has caused me a serious delay in a crucial moment for the purchase process.
