We had a recent kitchen installation done by ESTU, having responded to an ad in a local publication, and read some impressive reviews. They didn't disappoint. Nothing was too much trouble for this company, and we were cheerfully helped and guided through the whole process, despite changing our minds completely about cabinets and worktops right at the point of ordering! Sophia the project manager made several trips to our house bearing samples to check colours in our existing space, and both Sophia and managing director Rebecca made time for us to visit the showroom and view samples and installations in situ. The fitter Carl did an excellent job, not only fitting everything perfectly, but cleaning up after himself as well. He was endlessly cheerful, and in line with the rest of the company, nothing was too much trouble. The only minor hiccup was the late arrival of 2 cupboards, which was an error on the part of the supplier, but this was easily overcome and did not matter in the overall scheme of things. The main reason we chose ESTU was the good, positive feeling we got from the staff, and we are glad we did. The price was fair, and on budget, the job was excellent, the kitchen looks great, and we couldn't be happier. Thanks everyone!

The whole experience was fantastic. From initial consultation with Sophia and Johnny to the end result, everything was straightforward. Sophia listened to everything we wanted and designed the room and provided quotes. Johnny carried out the renovation, his work was of a very high standard, he was professional and friendly and suggested slight changes as he went along which he thought would be better. We were also pleased with the electrical work carried out by Matt, who turned up when he was supposed to, and was polite and friendly. We are thrilled with the result, and will have no hesitation in using Estu again and recommending them to our friends.

When looking to upgrade the work area of my Study, I chose to work with Estu Ltd, predominantly after meeting and talking with their Installation Manager, Sophia. From the initial conversation, she really understood our requirements and, after providing us with a comprehensive design and quote, ensured the delivery team was also clear. The project was seamless from start to finish and completed on time and on budget. The delivery team was knowledgeable and communicative and ensured they cleared away any rubbish. Once complete, Sophia personally followed up to ensure we were happy. I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience with Estu and would highly recommend them.

ESTU helped us to transform a very unloved and dismal 'study' into a bright new hobby room. Sophia was so patient in creating a design to meet our requests. All the workmen turned up on time and were professional and polite and the work was carried out to a very high standard. We now have a room that we can look forward to using!

From start to finish, ESTU provided a seamless service resulting in our ideas being transformed into reality with the minimum of disruption. Every member of their team worked with a high level of professionalism. Sophia was our first point of contact and was endlessly patient as we played with different ideas over several weeks to arrive at the final design. She also coordinated the rest of the team and always kept us in touch with any unavoidable changes, even after hours. Jonny was responsible for the installation and was a pleasure to work with. He was meticulous with detail, thoughtful & considerate around the house & always communicated updates, itinerary changes etc. Matt, the electrician & Joe the decorator, were also professional & considerate & a pleasure to have in the house. as were other members of the team. Overall a very positive experience & we highly recommend ESTU.

The team from Estu have combined two small rooms to create a new main bedroom. Rebecca and Sophia coordinated all the work which has included the removal of a partition wall, plumbing, and fitted wardrobes. A particular shout out to Joe for the decorating, and Matt for the electrics. Great job. I’d have no hesitation recommending Estu to anyone needing similar work completing.

Estu renovated our en-suite Bathroom. Everything was perfect and just what we wanted. The re-design captured everything we requested and the completion of work was at a very high standard. Jonny’s work was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble, he was tidy and courteous even when our dog kept barking at him for two weeks !! I will use Estu again and would recommend them to everyone.

Brilliant service from start to finish from Etsu, Sophia in the office was great, she showed us different options on the design and was very knowledgeable about the products. Joanny did all of the installation apart from the electrics, he was brilliant very professional and considerate he kept us informed daily on his progress as to what he would be doing each day. He was very clean and tidy I would highly recommend Etsu the job was completed on time and ready for Christmas. A very big thank you to Jonny and Sophia

The service provided by Etsu has been fantastic. They quoted quickly and were happy to make the changes that I wanted. It was really useful having digital rendering so I could see what it would look like. The job was completed on time and they took pride in their work. Brilliant job and really happy we chose Etsu and would definitely recommend.

This is the first time we have used Estu when we needed our wet room converting into a shower room, it was a superb experience from start to finish, they also changed a WC for us and the bathroom sink tap, it was a professional service from all at the Estu team with all their hard work and attention to detail, it was very much appreciated.
