Having decided to replace our kitchen we were recommended to speak to Estu. What an excellent recommendation that turned out to be! The initial design was provided very quickly for our consideration and we were given time enough to change and tweak - with plenty of good advice and guidance available regarding all aspects of the kitchen. With the order placed and timescales agreed, work started promptly with the removal of the existing kitchen. Floors were redone, walls built/replastered, new electrics run in and then the new kitchen installed. All of the Estu staff - the builders, the installers, the electricians and the office staff - were without exception courteous and attentive with any minor problem being noted and actioned without further ado. This was probably the last time we will refurbish a kitchen and as such we wanted it done to our chosen specification - and done to a high standard. Whilst not the cheapest option, the premium was worth paying for the subsequent service and finished kitchen. All in all, we would thoroughly recommend Estu to anyone who is looking for great service and advice and for a high quality product, installation and finish.

ESTU have just completed the installation of our new kitchen. From the initial enquiry to contract completion they provided an excellent and professional service. Sophia guided and supported us throughout the whole process. Detailed plans were produced, discussed, and agreed in a timely manner. We also received advice on different types of units, worktops, and flooring options. Appliances were supplied through ESTU and delivered to site. Once we agreed the final plans, price and start date, ESTU took over the management and installation of our Kitchen. The quality of workmanship was first class. We would recommend ESTU and would not hesitate to use again.

From start to finish the service from everyone involved at Estu was exceptional. Knowing we needed a new bathroom (due to age of the previous bathroom) and considering having the cloakroom replaced but looking for ideas, Sophia in the showroom was fantastic at being the guide through the whole process from start to finish. This meant having both pieces of work completed at the same time. All professionals who came to work in the house over the period were knowledgeable, friendly, funny, trustworthy and clean and tidy. Work was completed on time and everyone and everything arrived when it was due to. The finished results are a total transformation of both rooms and look amazing. So, so pleased we chose Estu.

We have just bought and moved into a new build house, which did not have any fitted bedroom furniture. We needed 2 bedrooms, an home office and a cloakroom. My son had used ESTU for his new kitchen and they had done a really good job, so we approached them. We visited their office, where Rebecca and Sophia were very helpful. We got a (competitive) quote and placed our order. The work was carried out by Stuart to an extremely high standard, no mess, no hassles for us. The finished product surpasses our wildest dreams and we are delighted with it. Would absolutely recommend.

This is the first time we have used Estu when we needed our wet room converting into a shower room, it was a superb experience from start to finish, they also changed a WC for us and the bathroom sink tap, it was a professional service from all at the Estu team with all their hard work and attention to detail, it was very much appreciated. Good design, efficient and friendly fitters, completion on time and tidy finishing

ESTU transformed our very dated 35 year old kitchen into a stunning and modern room. Everything was well managed from the start of the design process to the finished kitchen. Paul's design utilised every space in our small kitchen. He was very knowledgeable and patient with our endless questions and indecision. We never felt pressured or rushed. Everyone who worked on the project was very professional and friendly. Dan, who fitted the kitchen units, obviously takes great pride in his work and the finish was excellent. The quality of the units supplied was excellent. The project did overrun by a few days but Rebecca kept us informed about scheduling. A detailed quote had been provided before any work was started and the final cost was as stated. Estu are probably not the cheapest, but we have no hesitation in recommending them for the quality of their products and professional workmanship.

We had been let down by 2 other local contractors and commissioned ESTU after a visit by their bathroom designer and plumber. At all stages we have been delighted with the planning, timescale, fitting, communication, quality and very helpful approach of all the staff. This company employs quality craftsmen and advisors it shows. This job was not easy - a refurbishment of a bathroom in a 1930s house where we had imposed some constraints. At every stage the approach taken has been helpful, informative and practical. The end result is exactly what we wanted. And ESTU and their team made the process painless.

We had our bathroom and separate toilet room, designed and fitted by Estu.The whole process was faultless ,overseen,and planned by Sophia . Sophia was very helpful with planning ,and had great ideas. The fitter Johnny and all the workmen ,went above and beyond to do a good job .No mess was left ,we are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Estu to anyone.

Estu are fantastic. They designed a new bathroom for us, listening to our ideas and offering suggestions. Any questions we had were answered with a clear explanation. Their communication was exceptional from start to finish. The whole team are extremely professional. Sophia organised the team and had endless patience regarding my queries and concerns about my ideas; whether they would work / fit the design. Chris fitted the bathroom and Matt did the electrics. Marek did the plastering and we were so happy with all of them. They arrived when they said, looked smart & professional, worked hard to an amazing high standard, cleaned up after themselves, and were respectful of our property. There was a tiny manufacturing fault on the mirror and a tiny scuff on the corner of a panel which, although hardly noticeable, both items were promptly replaced. No stress.at all and I would not hesitate to recommend them all! In addition the final cost came in slightly under the initial quote. We cannot thank them enough! I wish I could add photos to this review!

After our Kitchen Replacement a year ago we employed ESTU to undertake a complete refurbishment of our Bathroom. Another superb job completed by the Company and we are delighted with the finished project. We would like to thank the team for planning, monitoring and delivery of the whole project. Johnny was amazing from start to finish. His knowledge and expertise is second to none - advising and informing us fully at each stage of the installation.

The whole experience was fantastic. From initial consultation with Sophia and Johnny to the end result, everything was straightforward. Sophia listened to everything we wanted and designed the room and provided quotes. Johnny carried out the renovation, his work was of a very high standard, he was professional and friendly and suggested slight changes as he went along which he thought would be better. We were also pleased with the electrical work carried out by Matt, who turned up when he was supposed to, and was polite and friendly. We are thrilled with the result, and will have no hesitation in using Estu again and recommending them to our friends.

From start to finish, ESTU provided a seamless service resulting in our ideas being transformed into reality with the minimum of disruption. Every member of their team worked with a high level of professionalism. Sophia was our first point of contact and was endlessly patient as we played with different ideas over several weeks to arrive at the final design. She also coordinated the rest of the team and always kept us in touch with any unavoidable changes, even after hours. Jonny was responsible for the installation and was a pleasure to work with. He was meticulous with detail, thoughtful & considerate around the house & always communicated updates, itinerary changes etc. Matt, the electrician & Joe the decorator, were also professional & considerate & a pleasure to have in the house. as were other members of the team. Overall a very positive experience & we highly recommend ESTU.
