This is the second time ESTU have installed a new kitchen for me. I was happy with the first one they did at my previous address and had no hesitation in returning to ESTU. All members of the team are professional, reliable and competent.I was given plenty of time and helpful advice at the planning stage and all those involved worked to the projected schedule and on time and on budget.I asked for a few extras and these were promptly fitted into the plan. Once again I am very happy with the result.

It has been a pleasure to have our downstairs cloakroom completely refitted by ESTU - floor, wall tiles, toilet, washbasin, fitted furniture etc. The quality of the workmanship by Jonny the fitter who did the whole job was excellent and everything about the whole team at ESTU has been very good. We are very pleased with the results and have no hesitation in recommending them.

A big “thank you” to all the amazing crew at ESTU who have worked so hard on our three bathrooms, garage conversion and flooring. Your skill and commitment has been rewarded with lovely improvements to our home which we will enjoy for many years to come. We highly recommend ESTU .

Estu renovated our en-suite Bathroom. Everything was perfect and just what we wanted. The re-design captured everything we requested and the completion of work was at a very high standard. Jonny’s work was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble, he was tidy and courteous even when our dog kept barking at him for two weeks !! I will use Estu again and would recommend them to everyone.

The team from Estu have combined two small rooms to create a new main bedroom. Rebecca and Sophia coordinated all the work which has included the removal of a partition wall, plumbing, and fitted wardrobes. A particular shout out to Joe for the decorating, and Matt for the electrics. Great job. I’d have no hesitation recommending Estu to anyone needing similar work completing.

This is the second new kitchen we have had from Estu. From the choosing of the cabinets to the final sign off, Sarah has managed the whole process for us without issue, and we couldn't be happier with the results. ESTU have designed and installed a complete new kitchen for us in an enlarged space created in a new extension as part of a larger refurbishment project. Their service from start to finish has been impeccable and we cannot recommend them enough. Our designer, Gini, has been professional from the very start, listening to what we thought we wanted, making suggestions, giving advice, producing the design and being patient enough to make the inevitable tweaks when we made changes along the way, even after the build started. She has worked with us every step of the way. Our installer, Karl, was also very professional - a perfectionist who went the extra mile to ensure we had exactly the kitchen we had in our mind - or perhaps even better than we'd imagined. The whole kitchen project was completed promptly and with little disruption - oh, that the rest of the trades in our refurbishment were so reliable and efficient! Many thanks to the whole team - what a shame we won't need a new kitchen for years to come. But, if we did, ESTU would be our first (and probably only) port of call.

We chose ESTU to renovate our bathroom after we had seen the excellent job they did at my sister’s house. We are delighted with the result. Our bathroom looks great. It has so much more storage space now and is easy to clean. From the initial planning stages with Rebecca, who is so helpful and personable, to the delivery of the project by Jonny, Matt and colleagues, it was a painless experience. The fitters were always prompt to arrive and worked tirelessly. Nothing was too much trouble. Also special thanks to Sophia for organising the extra work we asked for. Pricing is very reasonable for the quality and we would certainly recommend this company to others considering a bathroom refit.

Fantastic service from initial point of contact to completion of the works. Sophia measured up and composed a quote, spending the time to talk through all options and was very knowledgeable about all the products they could supply, excellent communication from Sophia all the way through the project even popping in whilst passing to check on the works. Johnny carried out the majority of the works and was professional and considerate at all times, ensuring I could use the toilet at the end of each day. Johnny kept me informed on progress and what was happening the next day etc. Johnny's housekeeping was excellent ensuring everywhere was clean and tidy. A truly professional job. Joe the painter has made a lovely job of the decoration work and my new shower room it looks fresh and bright. When looking to upgrade the work area of my Study, I chose to work with Estu Ltd, predominantly after meeting and talking with their Installation Manager, Sophia. From the initial conversation, she really understood our requirements and, after providing us with a comprehensive design and quote, ensured the delivery team was also clear. The project was seamless from start to finish and completed on time and on budget. The delivery team was knowledgeable and communicative and ensured they cleared away any rubbish. Once complete, Sophia personally followed up to ensure we were happy. I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience with Estu and would highly recommend them.

ESTU helped us to transform a very unloved and dismal 'study' into a bright new hobby room. Sophia was so patient in creating a design to meet our requests. All the workmen turned up on time and were professional and polite and the work was carried out to a very high standard. We now have a room that we can look forward to using!
