The service provided by Etsu has been fantastic. They quoted quickly and were happy to make the changes that I wanted. It was really useful having digital rendering so I could see what it would look like. The job was completed on time and they took pride in their work. Brilliant job and really happy we chose Etsu and would definitely recommend.

This is the first time we have used Estu when we needed our wet room converting into a shower room, it was a superb experience from start to finish, they also changed a WC for us and the bathroom sink tap, it was a professional service from all at the Estu team with all their hard work and attention to detail, it was very much appreciated. Fantastic service from initial point of contact to completion of the works. Sophia measured up and composed a quote, spending the time to talk through all options and was very knowledgeable about all the products they could supply, excellent communication from Sophia all the way through the project even popping in whilst passing to check on the works. Johnny carried out the majority of the works and was professional and considerate at all times, ensuring I could use the toilet at the end of each day. Johnny kept me informed on progress and what was happening the next day etc. Johnny's housekeeping was excellent ensuring everywhere was clean and tidy. A truly professional job. Joe the painter has made a lovely job of the decoration work and my new shower room it looks fresh and bright. From start to finish the service from everyone involved at Estu was exceptional. Knowing we needed a new bathroom (due to age of the previous bathroom) and considering having the cloakroom replaced but looking for ideas, Sophia in the showroom was fantastic at being the guide through the whole process from start to finish. This meant having both pieces of work completed at the same time. All professionals who came to work in the house over the period were knowledgeable, friendly, funny, trustworthy and clean and tidy. Work was completed on time and everyone and everything arrived when it was due to. The finished results are a total transformation of both rooms and look amazing. So, so pleased we chose Estu.

We used Estu to complete our bathroom renovation following a smaller project that they did for us in our living room. The service was amazing from start to finish. Sophia understood what we were trying to achieve and the drawings accurately reflected this. Chris, the plumber who oversaw the project from start to finish was a good communicator and produced the finished bathroom to a very high standard. Very clean and tidy from start to finish. Would be happy to recommend.

We have recently had our kitchen installed by Estu as part of an extension to our house. I can thoroughly recommend them, we have had great service and help with the whole process, from design to installation. They are very flexible and work hard throughout to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible. The installation team were great and went above and beyond to accommodate some very late requests! Estu are fantastic. They designed a new bathroom for us, listening to our ideas and offering suggestions. Any questions we had were answered with a clear explanation. Their communication was exceptional from start to finish. The whole team are extremely professional. Sophia organised the team and had endless patience regarding my queries and concerns about my ideas; whether they would work / fit the design. Chris fitted the bathroom and Matt did the electrics. Marek did the plastering and we were so happy with all of them. They arrived when they said, looked smart & professional, worked hard to an amazing high standard, cleaned up after themselves, and were respectful of our property. There was a tiny manufacturing fault on the mirror and a tiny scuff on the corner of a panel which, although hardly noticeable, both items were promptly replaced. No stress.at all and I would not hesitate to recommend them all! In addition the final cost came in slightly under the initial quote. We cannot thank them enough! I wish I could add photos to this review!

We have just bought and moved into a new build house, which did not have any fitted bedroom furniture. We needed 2 bedrooms, an home office and a cloakroom. My son had used ESTU for his new kitchen and they had done a really good job, so we approached them. We visited their office, where Rebecca and Sophia were very helpful. We got a (competitive) quote and placed our order. The work was carried out by Stuart to an extremely high standard, no mess, no hassles for us. The finished product surpasses our wildest dreams and we are delighted with it. Would absolutely recommend.

After our Kitchen Replacement a year ago we employed ESTU to undertake a complete refurbishment of our Bathroom. Another superb job completed by the Company and we are delighted with the finished project. We would like to thank the team for planning, monitoring and delivery of the whole project. Johnny was amazing from start to finish. His knowledge and expertise is second to none - advising and informing us fully at each stage of the installation.

We had been let down by 2 other local contractors and commissioned ESTU after a visit by their bathroom designer and plumber. At all stages we have been delighted with the planning, timescale, fitting, communication, quality and very helpful approach of all the staff. This company employs quality craftsmen and advisors it shows. This job was not easy - a refurbishment of a bathroom in a 1930s house where we had imposed some constraints. At every stage the approach taken has been helpful, informative and practical. The end result is exactly what we wanted. And ESTU and their team made the process painless.

It has been a pleasure to have our downstairs cloakroom completely refitted by ESTU - floor, wall tiles, toilet, washbasin, fitted furniture etc. The quality of the workmanship by Jonny the fitter who did the whole job was excellent and everything about the whole team at ESTU has been very good. We are very pleased with the results and have no hesitation in recommending them.

ESTU From the initial design consultation to the final touches it has been an absolute pleasure to work with Paul and ESTU on our kitchen extension. It can be quite stressful finding a company that you can trust, but ESTU are true to their word. Sophia has always been available at the end of a phone or Email for any issues that came up. Martin and Piotr (Builders) were both efficient, trustworthy, very conscientious and extremely hard working. Carl (kitchen fitter), just as professional as the builders, ensured all the units were well made and fitted perfectly. They all did an excellent job bringing our dream kitchen into reality and to a very high standard. We are very happy with our new stunning kitchen thanks to ESTU. It is now the heart of our home.

Estu just completed a complete rebuild of our two bathrooms. We are returning customers (we used them before - on a recommendation- to do our kitchen and that was more than satisfactory). The very high standard we expected from previous experience was if anything, exceeded. As before we had plenty of advice, loan of samples and a 'no pressure' attitude. Some extra work was revealed to be necessary early on and it was very quickly budgeted for and organised. Some glitches in supply of parts were efficiently addressed and accommodated. All was done with skill and care which we can't think could be outmatched. And they are all really nice people!

This is the second time ESTU have installed a new kitchen for me. I was happy with the first one they did at my previous address and had no hesitation in returning to ESTU. All members of the team are professional, reliable and competent.I was given plenty of time and helpful advice at the planning stage and all those involved worked to the projected schedule and on time and on budget.I asked for a few extras and these were promptly fitted into the plan. Once again I am very happy with the result.

ESTU have just completed the installation of our new kitchen. From the initial enquiry to contract completion they provided an excellent and professional service. Sophia guided and supported us throughout the whole process. Detailed plans were produced, discussed, and agreed in a timely manner. We also received advice on different types of units, worktops, and flooring options. Appliances were supplied through ESTU and delivered to site. Once we agreed the final plans, price and start date, ESTU took over the management and installation of our Kitchen. The quality of workmanship was first class. We would recommend ESTU and would not hesitate to use again.

We had our bathroom and separate toilet room, designed and fitted by Estu.The whole process was faultless ,overseen,and planned by Sophia . Sophia was very helpful with planning ,and had great ideas. The fitter Johnny and all the workmen ,went above and beyond to do a good job .No mess was left ,we are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Estu to anyone.

The work which Estu did was remove the old kitchen, utility room, wall tiles and floor tiles. Redesign new and install. When designing and choosing new colours Sophia was really helpful and worked with us and listened to what we wanted and advised us on what would work and what wouldn’t. We chose different appliances and Estu order them and organised delivery with AO. We took delivery of an American fridge which had a dent in the side. Sophia straight away organised delivery of new one and took the damaged one away. We had a few problems that you can imagine when doing a big project which was mainly down to suppliers but Estu sorted it all. The fitter was amazing and went more than above just installing a kitchen. His work is faultless and can’t find one snag. The floor fitted did an excellent job of laying the new floor. Estu provided all the workforce and put us in touch with an electrician whose work wasn’t included in the price. He does about 70% of their work and he was brilliant and priced the job well Estu kept us up to date with everything that was happening and when. I will be using Estu to do my bathrooms when needed Highly recommend them

We chose ESTU to renovate our bathroom after we had seen the excellent job they did at my sister’s house. We are delighted with the result. Our bathroom looks great. It has so much more storage space now and is easy to clean. From the initial planning stages with Rebecca, who is so helpful and personable, to the delivery of the project by Jonny, Matt and colleagues, it was a painless experience. The fitters were always prompt to arrive and worked tirelessly. Nothing was too much trouble. Also special thanks to Sophia for organising the extra work we asked for. Pricing is very reasonable for the quality and we would certainly recommend this company to others considering a bathroom refit.

ESTU transformed our very dated 35 year old kitchen into a stunning and modern room. Everything was well managed from the start of the design process to the finished kitchen. Paul's design utilised every space in our small kitchen. He was very knowledgeable and patient with our endless questions and indecision. We never felt pressured or rushed. Everyone who worked on the project was very professional and friendly. Dan, who fitted the kitchen units, obviously takes great pride in his work and the finish was excellent. The quality of the units supplied was excellent. The project did overrun by a few days but Rebecca kept us informed about scheduling. A detailed quote had been provided before any work was started and the final cost was as stated. Estu are probably not the cheapest, but we have no hesitation in recommending them for the quality of their products and professional workmanship.

ESTU have designed and installed a complete new kitchen for us in an enlarged space created in a new extension as part of a larger refurbishment project. Their service from start to finish has been impeccable and we cannot recommend them enough. Our designer, Gini, has been professional from the very start, listening to what we thought we wanted, making suggestions, giving advice, producing the design and being patient enough to make the inevitable tweaks when we made changes along the way, even after the build started. She has worked with us every step of the way. Our installer, Karl, was also very professional - a perfectionist who went the extra mile to ensure we had exactly the kitchen we had in our mind - or perhaps even better than we'd imagined. The whole kitchen project was completed promptly and with little disruption - oh, that the rest of the trades in our refurbishment were so reliable and efficient! Many thanks to the whole team - what a shame we won't need a new kitchen for years to come. But, if we did, ESTU would be our first (and probably only) port of call.

This is the second new kitchen we have had from Estu. From the choosing of the cabinets to the final sign off, Sarah has managed the whole process for us without issue, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We contracted Estu to replace a bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. Part of the work was the replacement of doors to an airing cupboard upstairs. The plumbing, fitting and tiling work was carried out to a good standard and to plan. The Airing cupboard doors, both fitting and manufacture however were not. The work standard was poor. Fitting in particular poorly executed and outstanding problems have not been resolved. The doors were initially fitted upside down, they do not match the existing doors and casing (which was agreed that they would), and they do not close, fittings were mispositioned and had to be moved, and subsequently they have warped to resemble what you might expect to find if demonstrating a worse possible outcome. We paid the bill being assured that it would all be resolved and sorted to our satisfaction. But to date no effort has been made by ESTU to put things right. We have complained, writing on 4 separate occasions over 3 months, they always say that somebody will call and put it right but nobody ever does. Another review I read states that once they have your money they forget all about you and I have found this to be true. Don't pay until completely satisfied, or better still engage a different firm.

Having decided to replace our kitchen we were recommended to speak to Estu. What an excellent recommendation that turned out to be! The initial design was provided very quickly for our consideration and we were given time enough to change and tweak - with plenty of good advice and guidance available regarding all aspects of the kitchen. With the order placed and timescales agreed, work started promptly with the removal of the existing kitchen. Floors were redone, walls built/replastered, new electrics run in and then the new kitchen installed. All of the Estu staff - the builders, the installers, the electricians and the office staff - were without exception courteous and attentive with any minor problem being noted and actioned without further ado. This was probably the last time we will refurbish a kitchen and as such we wanted it done to our chosen specification - and done to a high standard. Whilst not the cheapest option, the premium was worth paying for the subsequent service and finished kitchen. All in all, we would thoroughly recommend Estu to anyone who is looking for great service and advice and for a high quality product, installation and finish.

Pros: Thanks to the excellent workmanship of the plumber/fitter Chris, we have a lovely bathroom. Cons: Thanks to mistakes by the office staff, the installation was very stressful. The start date, communicated verbally and in writing, was put back by a week with NO notification. We were told that our job had always been this new date and it was ‘an unexplained mystery’ as to why we had been told earlier. To add insult to injury, the final invoice still had the original start date on it. VAT was charged twice and a discount for using Topp’s tiles was missing so we were overcharged on the initial deposit. This was only deducted from the payment at the start of the job so they had more of our money upfront. The first shower tray installed was the wrong one. The second shower tray delivered was also the wrong one. The correct shower tray arrived but the waste hole was in a different place so another hole had to be cut into the floorboards. The shower boards delivered were the wrong colour. We were told these belonged to another customer however our final invoice still had the wrong colour shower boards on it. A complete box of tiles were unused and returned. The final invoice did not have this deducted so we had to chase them again. Be prepared to check, double check and chase everything. If we hadn’t picked up these issues we dread to think how much additional time and work would have been required to rectify the installation and we would have been overcharged.

The standard of installation was first class, with the different trades arriving on time and the work areas left meticulously tidy at the end of each day. We are delighted with the finished result and have no hesitation in recommending Estu.
