We have recently had bedroom furniture fitted, this being the third time that we have used ESTU in the last few years. It was a difficult space to fit due to a low, sloping ceiling with a Velux window right in the middle; not an easy task. We therefore relied on ESTU's experience and expertise to help us design the best possible storage solution and we are delighted with the result. We now have a beautifully fitted bedroom, completed with some very clever finishing touches , giving a stunning effect. The workmanship is top quality and nothing was too much trouble. The whole process worked like clock-work and we have the added benefit of them being a long-standing, local firm with a trusted reputation. We would highly recommend them and will, no-doubt , be using them in the future.

We had a recent kitchen installation done by ESTU, having responded to an ad in a local publication, and read some impressive reviews. They didn't disappoint. Nothing was too much trouble for this company, and we were cheerfully helped and guided through the whole process, despite changing our minds completely about cabinets and worktops right at the point of ordering! Sophia the project manager made several trips to our house bearing samples to check colours in our existing space, and both Sophia and managing director Rebecca made time for us to visit the showroom and view samples and installations in situ. The fitter Carl did an excellent job, not only fitting everything perfectly, but cleaning up after himself as well. He was endlessly cheerful, and in line with the rest of the company, nothing was too much trouble. The only minor hiccup was the late arrival of 2 cupboards, which was an error on the part of the supplier, but this was easily overcome and did not matter in the overall scheme of things. The main reason we chose ESTU was the good, positive feeling we got from the staff, and we are glad we did. The price was fair, and on budget, the job was excellent, the kitchen looks great, and we couldn't be happier. Thanks everyone!

From the initial consultation Paul worked to get the design spot-on for our needs. The standard of installation was first class, with the different trades arriving on time and the work areas left meticulously tidy at the end of each day. We are delighted with the finished result and have no hesitation in recommending Estu.

ESTU fitted our oven quickly and tidily. Polite staff and very reasonably priced. Rebecca is a delight!

The work which Estu did was remove the old kitchen, utility room, wall tiles and floor tiles. Redesign new and install. When designing and choosing new colours Sophia was really helpful and worked with us and listened to what we wanted and advised us on what would work and what wouldn’t. We chose different appliances and Estu order them and organised delivery with AO. We took delivery of an American fridge which had a dent in the side. Sophia straight away organised delivery of new one and took the damaged one away. We had a few problems that you can imagine when doing a big project which was mainly down to suppliers but Estu sorted it all. The fitter was amazing and went more than above just installing a kitchen. His work is faultless and can’t find one snag. The floor fitted did an excellent job of laying the new floor. Estu provided all the workforce and put us in touch with an electrician whose work wasn’t included in the price. He does about 70% of their work and he was brilliant and priced the job well Estu kept us up to date with everything that was happening and when. I will be using Estu to do my bathrooms when needed Highly recommend them

Estu just completed a complete rebuild of our two bathrooms. We are returning customers (we used them before - on a recommendation- to do our kitchen and that was more than satisfactory). The very high standard we expected from previous experience was if anything, exceeded. As before we had plenty of advice, loan of samples and a 'no pressure' attitude. Some extra work was revealed to be necessary early on and it was very quickly budgeted for and organised. Some glitches in supply of parts were efficiently addressed and accommodated. All was done with skill and care which we can't think could be outmatched. And they are all really nice people!

ESTU From the initial design consultation to the final touches it has been an absolute pleasure to work with Paul and ESTU on our kitchen extension. It can be quite stressful finding a company that you can trust, but ESTU are true to their word. Sophia has always been available at the end of a phone or Email for any issues that came up. Martin and Piotr (Builders) were both efficient, trustworthy, very conscientious and extremely hard working. Carl (kitchen fitter), just as professional as the builders, ensured all the units were well made and fitted perfectly. They all did an excellent job bringing our dream kitchen into reality and to a very high standard. We are very happy with our new stunning kitchen thanks to ESTU. It is now the heart of our home.

We used Estu to complete our bathroom renovation following a smaller project that they did for us in our living room. The service was amazing from start to finish. Sophia understood what we were trying to achieve and the drawings accurately reflected this. Chris, the plumber who oversaw the project from start to finish was a good communicator and produced the finished bathroom to a very high standard. Very clean and tidy from start to finish. Would be happy to recommend.

Brilliant service from start to finish from Etsu, Sophia in the office was great, she showed us different options on the design and was very knowledgeable about the products. Joanny did all of the installation apart from the electrics, he was brilliant very professional and considerate he kept us informed daily on his progress as to what he would be doing each day. The service provided by Etsu has been fantastic. They quoted quickly and were happy to make the changes that I wanted. It was really useful having digital rendering so I could see what it would look like. The job was completed on time and they took pride in their work. Brilliant job and really happy we chose Etsu and would definitely recommend.

We have recently had our kitchen installed by Estu as part of an extension to our house. I can thoroughly recommend them, we have had great service and help with the whole process, from design to installation. They are very flexible and work hard throughout to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible. The installation team were great and went above and beyond to accommodate some very late requests! Overall we are very happy with the kitchen and are enjoying using it. Thank you to Rebecca and the team at Estu.

Pros: Thanks to the excellent workmanship of the plumber/fitter Chris, we have a lovely bathroom. Cons: Thanks to mistakes by the office staff, the installation was very stressful. The start date, communicated verbally and in writing, was put back by a week with NO notification. We were told that our job had always been this new date and it was ‘an unexplained mystery’ as to why we had been told earlier. To add insult to injury, the final invoice still had the original start date on it. VAT was charged twice and a discount for using Topp’s tiles was missing so we were overcharged on the initial deposit. This was only deducted from the payment at the start of the job so they had more of our money upfront. The first shower tray installed was the wrong one. The second shower tray delivered was also the wrong one. The correct shower tray arrived but the waste hole was in a different place so another hole had to be cut into the floorboards. The shower boards delivered were the wrong colour. We were told these belonged to another customer however our final invoice still had the wrong colour shower boards on it. A complete box of tiles were unused and returned. The final invoice did not have this deducted so we had to chase them again. Be prepared to check, double check and chase everything. If we hadn’t picked up these issues we dread to think how much additional time and work would have been required to rectify the installation and we would have been overcharged.

We contracted Estu to replace a bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. Part of the work was the replacement of doors to an airing cupboard upstairs. The plumbing, fitting and tiling work was carried out to a good standard and to plan. The Airing cupboard doors, both fitting and manufacture however were not. The work standard was poor. Fitting in particular poorly executed and outstanding problems have not been resolved. The doors were initially fitted upside down, they do not match the existing doors and casing (which was agreed that they would), and they do not close, fittings were mispositioned and had to be moved, and subsequently they have warped to resemble what you might expect to find if demonstrating a worse possible outcome. We paid the bill being assured that it would all be resolved and sorted to our satisfaction. But to date no effort has been made by ESTU to put things right. We have complained, writing on 4 separate occasions over 3 months, they always say that somebody will call and put it right but nobody ever does. Another review I read states that once they have your money they forget all about you and I have found this to be true. Don't pay until completely satisfied, or better still engage a different firm.
