I contacted Calum to fix a jammed press door in my flat. He came within a matter of hours and promptly resolved the problem. He then made an adjustment to the door to avoid it happening again and gave me advice for what to do if it does. He also kindly looked at an issue with my front door and fixed that too. I'm really pleased I went with Calum and would readily use him for any future problems.

Calum is approved as a locksmith by the Master Locksmith Association. He responded promptly to lock fitting request. He was flexible about timing, gave helpful advice and most importantly did a thoroughly good job. His workmanship was excellent - greatly superior to the work of a previous lock fitter. His manner was clear & respectful. I highly recommend him.

Calum of ETC Locks is always very professional, and he really knows what he?s talking about in terms of security. The work he did to fit new/replacement locks to our house was good value, and he was proactive in pointing out ways we could tighten up our security by using additional locks and bolts which we took on board and asked him to deliver. As a result we feel very confident that we have as secure a house as we possibly could, at a time when break ins in our area have been rife. We?d like to think that a potential burglar would be put off, trying to get into our house, as it?s so secure.
