ETE Electrical is a family business with a small team of electricians based in Maidstone, and a reputation for quality.
We undertake all types of electrical and fire alarm work in and around Kent for Homeowners, Landlords and Businesses.

Ian and his team were very quick to respond to a request for a quote to complete a rewire if an old cottage I had recently purchased. After coming over end completing a survey of the property an estimate was quickly provided. Once the work was started the team provided updates on the work in progress and any issues that came up were quickly reviewed and a plan to resolve agreed. All of the team are polite and easy going and a pleasure to do business with. I will be using the services of ETE for all future electrical work

Ian Lewis from ETE arrived on time with a co-worker to carry out work required which was to remove the consumer unit from under the stairs and to site a new consumer unit in the garage, he did this but while doing his final test he found there to be a problem with the incoming main supply, he contacted UK Power Networks who came out the same day to sort the problem, so I thank Ian for sorting that out which could have turned into a serious problem. He presented his invoice which was for the price quoted, more than satisfied with his professionalism and his excellent standard of work.

I called ETE when I lost all downstairs lights but not sockets, they came out the next day to have a look, they said the light in the cellar was faulty. The light was disconnected until we could arrange to be in, they have just been and replaced the light and sorted out a dodgy socket. Good jobs sorted out with no fuss and a pleasant electrician, I would definitely recommend this firm.

Ian Lewis of ETE Electrical is a first class professional in every respect. He and his co-worker carried out a partial rewiring of a rental flat to a very high standard to be compliant with the latest safety regulations and a safety certificate was issued soon after the completion of the work. His communication with me as a client showed his extensive knowledge and experience. Ian was also sensitive to the needs of myself as the owner and to my tenants as the work was carried with a minimum of disruption. Ian is also conscientious as evident in his advice about fire safety provision in the property. The job was competitively priced and I was invoiced according to the quotation. I recommend Ian without reservation.

ETE Electrical Contractors - Ian Lewis First Class trader. Professional in every way from care of the property to showing a competent ability for his Profession. He displays efficient methods and is clearly qualified in that of his trade. Ian without doubt has people at the heart of his business. Following the identification of the wall mounted heater systems and faulty element in the Bathroom, parts were sourced and placed on order, and installed carefully. The premises was left in a better condition then when he arrived. He also is Covid compliment. Refreshing these days to meet with a company who not just out for them selfs. ETE Electrical Contractors completed my problems fast, on time and on quotation. No doubt I will have ETE Electrical Contractors back in the future

Ian arrived on time and was very careful regarding Covid precautions, safe distancing etc. He was very professional, meticulous & tidy and addressed all the issues we faced regarding our malfunctioning Economy 7 setup. He, also, gave us advice on contacting our supplier in order to fix the remaining timing and switching issues, which we have already acted upon. Great job - many thanks - will use you again.

Ian from ETE replaced the consumer unit in my house. I can recommend him and the firm. He explained what he needed to do when he came to give an estimate. The estimate came promptly and he charged that amount. Ian was very careful with social distancing whilst in my home. He arrived at the appointed time, was polite, got on with the work and cleared up afterwards. I would gladly use the firm again, and recommend them.

Ian arrived at the agreed time, started work immediately. He disconnected the old appliance, took it out with care and fitted the new oven with same great care he has shown all along. He was meticulous through out. He has been very honest and fair with his fees/charges. He set the time and tested the new oven and offered to take our old oven away form the kitchen floor and put it in garage for us. without his sincere help, our old oven would have stayed on our kitchen floor causing inconvenience and hardship. He has earned my faith and will ask him to do other jobs for us.
