Triple Glazed Windows and Composite Door

We requested quotes from three different companies and settled for Europa (a family company in Herne Bay) as Roger was extremely helpful in advising which windows / door would suit our needs best without being pushy like previous sales-people had been. We settled on triple glazing in all the windows (which wasn't much more expensive than double glazing) and a composite door with stainless steel handle, letter box and knocker. The price he quoted was very reasonable and much less than a national company. The chaps that came to fit the windows and door were very efficient and polite. They did a great job and the extra detail to the finish was excellent. We are very happy with both the windows and door (even receiving complements from the neighbours). We would definitely use Europa again and recommend them highly.

The job was to replace a set of French doors and two sash windows in Canterbury. The whole experience from start to finish was great. Good communication throughout the process and quick turnaround of quote. The work was delivered to schedule and budget and the attention to detail and craftsmanship was apparent throughout. Clearly this company knows what it’s doing and takes pride in delivering a quality experience. We will definitely use them again, when the need arises.

Europa Home Improvement were hired to replace an old wooden front door and a upvc back door. The work was done over two days. I had done some research on doors and prices for installation and had a budget ready. Europa did not disappoint. The old front door and its entire frame were removed and a new composite door and side window were installed with a level of care that was greatly appreciated. The back door needed to be installed in a new house render and the team, Tim and Gary did a fantastic job making it seamlessly fit. The care, tidiness and attention to detail were top notch.

From the very start of the process, Roger came to provide a quotation and take measurements. Selecting the type of door and the glass was carried out without any problems and his explanation of what would and wouldn't work work was very helpful in making a final selection. His installation team [Gary and Tim] arrived both on time and the date agreed, and were first class, friendly. reassuring, tidy and knowledgeable even though the installation wasn't as straightforward as first thought. In all a very good experience, and one both my wife and I fully endorse and recommend.

We contacted Roger after becoming concerned about another trader who was replacing our roof. He came on the same day and confirmed to us that the work was so bad, that we cancelled the contract immediately. After emergency repairs (by another local trader with whom we were also satisfied), we obtained 3 quotes from reputable companies, and decided to book Europa to remedy the work on our roof and to repair damage that had been caused inside the building. Work commenced 3 weeks later and was completed to a high standard, including the safety of the scaffolding and clearing the site afterwards. Europa also took care of the building control communications with the local council. They even arranged for a portaloo to be on site, avoiding the need to access the building. We can highly recommend Roger and his team.
