Absolutely brilliant service. Highly recommend. So professional from the moment I contacted them to the moment they left having installed my EV Charger. The customer support over the phone, who assisted me in the different EV chargers, explained the whole process step by step with no sales tactics or pressure to purchase. It was great to speak to support who were fully knowledgeable of their products, speaking confidently and talking me through the whole purchase process. Then there was installation The installer was super professional, neat & tidy and turned up promptly. He explained everything thoroughly from start to finish on the installation. The installers workmanship & customer service can't be faulted. I would not hesitate to use this company again due to their amazing staff and I would certainly recommend them to friends, family, colleagues.

EV Heroes installed our home EV plug. The service was excellent with the engineer finished within an hour. Communication was also very good with regular updates provided prior and on the day.
