Richard and his team were highly efficient, friendly and extremely hard working. They also offered really great advice throughout the project and communicated with us constantly. The quality of workmanship was very high and they were always happy to accommodate any design changes as the work evolved. We would have no hesitation in recommending Evenfields and indeed have asked them to return to quote for further work.

Richard Hobbs company worked here during lock-down, as required by law. The men were always helpful and hardworking in difficult times. Work for project 1 included paving, turfing lawn and planting flower beds. There was a delay in inserting the rails but they are now satisfactorily in place. Tidy workers. Richard visited most days to supervise. Project 2. The men were helpful and hardworking. This was a difficult project with precise measurements needed. If I was to repeat this I would ensure that detailed measurements were established in writing at the beginning. Again they were tidy workers. The November storm lifted one of the roof panels at one end but this was quickly and satisfactorily remedied. Richard visited most days to supervise

The team are fantastic. Richard is really easy to work with, always on time and great communication. I really could not recommend them more highly. Works are carried out to the highest standard, on time and on budget and they are flexible to changes of plans along the way. They are very open about any extra costs that changes will incur before they are made. We are delighted with the results and have now used them twice.

Richard Hobbs project managed his fantastic team of very skilled and reliable tradesman on our 10 month farmhouse renovation project. Richard and his team were involved in everything from conception to completion; design ideas, instructing the correct tradesman, overseeing the work, conducting the work, and ensuring the project ran to timeframe and budget. A special mention to their carpenter Adrian who is utterly brilliant. They are a skilled and reliable team who I couldn’t recommend more highly.

We approached Evenfield for our second landscaping project because they were incredible when completing our first one. They did not disappoint. Everything about the company is highly efficient, well considered and immensely professional. Richard simply 'gets it' and had an innate understanding of what we were trying to achieve. We loved that he was not robotic; he gave his ideas, took time to discuss advantages/disadvantages of materials and gave us the timescales they were working to. All calls and messages were answered/returned without fail. The project turned out even better than we could have hoped for. Duncan was amazing - he discussed where he was up to at the end of every day and checked in about next steps. He also shared his ideas - and wow - so much more creative than us! Totally fabulous attention to detail, cared as if it was his own project and was always thinking 3 steps ahead. All work was completed on schedule and in line with the original quote. The quality of the project was top class from start to end. We could not recommend this company any more highly and would not even think to look elsewhere for future projects.

Evenfield has carried out various types of work on our 1860s house, from roofing and guttering/downpipes to brickwork, groundworks and drainage. All of the workforce have been prompt, tidy and very professional. All work was carried out to the best of standards, by a skilled and conscientious workforce. I was very happy with all work carried out and will not hesitate to use Evenfield for any future work required on our property.
