I cannot recommend ExcelHeat Solutions more highly. Having just had a new boiler, piping and radiators fitted by them, they did a fantastic job in no time at all. Bryn is a fantastic point of contact. Always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions you have. Even if your schedule isn't the normal 9-5. His team were exemplary, polite, diligent and very amicable and they did a perfect job, I couldn't have asked for better. The quality of their work speaks for itself.

I can’t thank Excel Heat Solutions, specifically Bryn, for his help. Finding myself with no hot water or heating and no idea what to do to restart the boiler, I reluctantly tried knocking on Bryns door for advice and he couldn’t have been more gracious. Not only did he explain what he thought was wrong, he stopped what he was doing and came to look at the boiler. He got the boiler up and running in no time at all and then patiently guided me through the steps he had taken so that if it was to happen again I would know exactly what to do. His professionalism and knowledge was outstanding and his kindness and patience really made a difference to what had been a stressful situation. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough, pretty much textbook perfect in terms of what you would hope for in a boiler installation. Eventual price kept to the quote (actually worked out slightly lower), Bryn and Tom turned up promptly as expected and worked steadily and efficiently all day until the job was completed. They answered all our questions and Bryn took pains to make explain the workings of the system. The old boiler was taken away, and everything was so tidy after they finished that I wouldn't have known they had been there, if it wasn't for the glorious heat. New boiler has been in place for a week now, and it is working brilliantly, very quietly and efficiently. Well worth the money in replacing our old, inefficient 12 year old boiler, even if it hadn't broken down for the umpteenth time and I would definitely recommend ExcelHeat Solutions.

Bryn called to give me a quote to replace my old boiler. He explained exactly what I would need to have done and gave me various options. He was able to come and fit it with a minimum of delay and the job was done quickly and efficiently. He took time to explain all the workings of the controls, and promised backup if I had problems. We first used Bryn over 8 years ago when a friend passed his details on. We’d had issues with our boiler that were ongoing when we bought our house. We had another company out several times who supposedly fixed the issue only for it to return time and time again. We had Bryn over once and he sorted it. From then on we haven’t used anyone else! We have found him to be professional, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. He’s also a really friendly person and one of the few trades we have e found to not let us down. When we moved to our new house it’s been a project and Bryn has been there to do everything. From fitting a new boiler to installing new radiators to even fixing issues on our swimming pool and saving me on several occasions when I’ve had a burst water pipe outside and a leak inside! I call and he’s there. We couldn’t ask for more. Bryn is also committed to moving his business forward and has recently trained in ground source heating which is also a blessing as we had that installed a while back too. We know he’s got us covered. Unlike other companies he’s honest and this is so important. He’s always transparent about things and we know we can totally trust him. We would never recommend someone we weren’t happy with ourselves and we are happy to shout about how brilliant Bryn is from the rooftops. Bryn and his team fitted a new boiler at my house, the work was completed on schedule and he kept me up to date throughout the whole process from ordering to supply. I would definitely recommend Bryn from Excelheat Solutions Ltd to replace your oil boiler. He & Tom removed my old boiler, installed a new Worcester combi oil boiler and hive plus gauge to measure oil volume in my tank. Bryn is extremely knowledgeable and patiently and clearly explained the whole procedure. Both he and Tom are a pleasure to have in your house and worked industriously to complete the job on time respecting my home.
