Our new oil boiler was installed by Bryn Roberts and his colleague Tom. Both have knowledge, skills and experience, linked with a determination to do an excelent job - and all of this with superb communication and social skills. Thank you both so much.

Bryn initially came to see us to help resolve a hot water issue, it soon became obvious to us that the old system required an upgrade in order to heat the house etc efficiently. Bryn wasn't pushy in trying to sell us a new boiler, he took the time to explain all our options clearly and really went out of his way to help us! We knew then we would be in good hands!! Bryn and Tom were able to fit the new boiler and take away the old efficiently, effectively and with little disruption to the rest of us! They were both friendly, approachable and really nice guys! The boiler is top notch, it looks fantastic and we cannot fault their work! Clean and tidy -with super shiny pipes!! Thankyou both so much...!!! Would recommend Excelheat all day long!! So much so, we've already booked them for a couple more jobs!!! We never leave a review, but Excelheat deserve this one 😉

A builder renovated our shower room and left a pathetic dribble of a gravity fed shower. Along came Bryn Roberts of Excel Heat Solutions and his team to fit a new Unvented Indirect Hot Water Cylinder. He patiently explained this jargon in detail and arrived with colleagues soon afterwards. Their work was impeccable, quickly but carefully executed with a minimum of mess, and they were courteous, polite, timely and efficient. They arrived exactly when they said they would and left ahead of schedule. They spirited away all debris, cardboard boxes and old parts, leaving a tidy and impressive installation. At all times they were polite, friendly and patient. Very importantly, they responded promptly to anxieties about the installation and were quickly available to revisit their work or give advice in the following weeks. The installation did not cost as much as I was expecting. All round - the perfect plumber

Bryn Roberts, plus Tom his helper, Were fantastic he went more out of his way to please ourselves with his work efforts. He also went the extra mile to solve a couple of issues with my households plumbing at no extra costs. I can only speak highly of his company and I will recommend his company to anybody I know looking to have a boiler replaced. His time schedule was kept to as per his agreement that's rare with my experience of building trades companies. The work was completed exactly to the time scale he put on it. His advice to which boiler to have and where to locate it was perfect. This boiler is the best central heating boiler I have owned in my 76 years of age.

We needed a new oil boiler. We phoned Bryn and he very quickly came to give us a quote which we accepted . Bryn and Tom came a week later to do the job. The two of them were so professional and could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The installation of our boiler, not easy because of it having to be moved from kitchen to garage, was completed to a very high standard. The work was neatly and efficiently done and when it was finished we were amazed at how there was nothing to clear up! We cannot recommend this company enough. Brilliant job. Bryn services our 2 Worcester Bosch boilers every year that he installed 5 years ago and his installation and service work is excellent. His work is extremely tidy and performed to the highest quality possible. Couldn’t be more happy with Bryn, he is a tradesperson who you can totally trust.

We got in touch with Bryn (Excell heat solutions) after being let down by another plumber to fit oil central heating system in my offices. From start to Finnish Bryn and Tom were prompt, hardworking knowledgeable, clean, tidy and superb communications. They worked really hard over 4 days getting the job done despite certain obstacles being put in their way which was not of their doing(faulty electrics ) which Bryn contacted a superb electrician to sort the problem out.both Bryn and Tom were the ultimate professionals and an absolute delight to make a few well earned cups of tea. The quality of the work undertaken was fantastic and everything was left spotless upon them leaving. Both myself and my wife cannot thank Bryn and tom enough for all their hard work despite the occasional curve ball thrown their way. Everything was completed within the price that we agreed despite the few complications that were thrown their way. We would not hesitate to recommend excell(bryn&tom) to anyone as their work quality is absolutely 5 stars and they have got the job of doing the yearly service on the boiler (total no brainer).
