Bryn called to give me a quote to replace my old boiler. He explained exactly what I would need to have done and gave me various options. He was able to come and fit it with a minimum of delay and the job was done quickly and efficiently. He took time to explain all the workings of the controls, and promised backup if I had problems. I am glad I chose Excel heat.

We first used Bryn over 8 years ago when a friend passed his details on. We’d had issues with our boiler that were ongoing when we bought our house. We had another company out several times who supposedly fixed the issue only for it to return time and time again. We had Bryn over once and he sorted it. From then on we haven’t used anyone else! We have found him to be professional, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. He’s also a really friendly person and one of the few trades we have e found to not let us down. When we moved to our new house it’s been a project and Bryn has been there to do everything. From fitting a new boiler to installing new radiators to even fixing issues on our swimming pool and saving me on several occasions when I’ve had a burst water pipe outside and a leak inside! I call and he’s there. We couldn’t ask for more. Bryn is also committed to moving his business forward and has recently trained in ground source heating which is also a blessing as we had that installed a while back too. We know he’s got us covered. Unlike other companies he’s honest and this is so important. He’s always transparent about things and we know we can totally trust him. We would never recommend someone we weren’t happy with ourselves and we are happy to shout about how brilliant Bryn is from the rooftops. Bryn and his team fitted a new boiler at my house, the work was completed on schedule and he kept me up to date throughout the whole process from ordering to supply. He & Tom removed my old boiler, installed a new Worcester combi oil boiler and hive plus gauge to measure oil volume in my tank. Bryn initially came to see us to help resolve a hot water issue, it soon became obvious to us that the old system required an upgrade in order to heat the house etc efficiently. Bryn wasn't pushy in trying to sell us a new boiler, he took the time to explain all our options clearly and really went out of his way to help us! We knew then we would be in good hands!! A builder renovated our shower room and left a pathetic dribble of a gravity fed shower. Along came Bryn Roberts of Excel Heat Solutions and his team to fit a new Unvented Indirect Hot Water Cylinder. He patiently explained this jargon in detail and arrived with colleagues soon afterwards. Their work was impeccable, quickly but carefully executed with a minimum of mess, and they were courteous, polite, timely and efficient. They arrived exactly when they said they would and left ahead of schedule. They spirited away all debris, cardboard boxes and old parts, leaving a tidy and impressive installation. At all times they were polite, friendly and patient. Very importantly, they responded promptly to anxieties about the installation and were quickly available to revisit their work or give advice in the following weeks. The installation did not cost as much as I was expecting. All round - the perfect plumber

Bryn Roberts, plus Tom his helper, Were fantastic he went more out of his way to please ourselves with his work efforts. He also went the extra mile to solve a couple of issues with my households plumbing at no extra costs. I can only speak highly of his company and I will recommend his company to anybody I know looking to have a boiler replaced. His time schedule was kept to as per his agreement that's rare with my experience of building trades companies. The work was completed exactly to the time scale he put on it. His advice to which boiler to have and where to locate it was perfect. This boiler is the best central heating boiler I have owned in my 76 years of age.

We needed a new oil boiler. We phoned Bryn and he very quickly came to give us a quote which we accepted . Bryn and Tom came a week later to do the job. The two of them were so professional and could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The installation of our boiler, not easy because of it having to be moved from kitchen to garage, was completed to a very high standard. The work was neatly and efficiently done and when it was finished we were amazed at how there was nothing to clear up! We cannot recommend this company enough. Brilliant job.
