Contacting the company to book and order the carpet installation service was very easy via their website and WhatsApp chat. I found the latter especially useful to ask questions and get information on the day re eta of the fitters. Two fitters arrived promptly on the appointed day and quite quickly set about removing the old carpet and underlay in the first of two bedrooms. Before fitting the carpet, they cleaned the area and fitted the new one perfectly. Both rooms were done in about 3 odd hours and everything was left tidy. They very kindly helped me move stuff about as one of the rooms had some stuff from the decorator’s incomplete work. The installation standard was very good and price was quite competitive.

I had a new carpet and underlay fitted in a bedroom and the old carpet and underlay taken away (I had removed the old carpet and underlay myself). They have done a good job and happy with the result - they left the house clean and tidy and worked diligently and efficiently.
