We contacted Clare at Exmouth Windows earlier this year for a quote for new windows because of their good reviews. Clare's visit was very helpful, as were the subsequent visits by Chris, the surveyor. There was no pressure to buy and plenty of time to consider all options. In the end we chose sliding sash windows for the back of the house. Rory and Macauley did a great job over a day and a half, taking good care of our house in the process. It was convenient that the surrounds of the old windows didn't have to be removed which felt less wasteful, and we liked that the old windows will all be recycled into new. We love the new windows, a real upgrade for our home, and intend to continue replacing the rest of our old ones next year. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Exmouth Windows. The installation of a of a very large, replacement, Bay Window on the ground floor of our property that was built in the 1890s presented some unexpected major problems, when the old window was removed. Chose Exmouth Windows to install a new UVPC Porch based on our previous positive experience with the firm. The old porch was demolished with minimum collateral damage to the existing base and the new porch really complements the look of the house. Overall, we were very happy with the design proposed by Chris and then the professionalism and the courtesy shown by the fitting team. Our door took a long time to arrive , as the firm seemed to have difficulties with their supplier, but once it was here , it was installed very quickly and efficiently and we are highly delighted with it, our house looks so much nicer , partly due to the advice we were given before we decided which door to have ! A very helpful , friendly firm , we’re glad we found a local one .

I love my new windows and door. The house is much lighter, warmer and quieter and previous condensation has massively improved. Claire arranged to complete the work in my short availability time and put 2 teams on the job to make sure the work did not overrun. The surveyor anticipated issues with the bay window and door before the order went in so that the fitting, though tricky, went very smoothly. The fitters worked incredibly fast despite the weather but took real care to do a great job. The house was left clean and tidy each day. I felt the ethos of the company was to do the job well and with care, not just as fast as possible.

The initial survey was very thorough and the estimate provided was very detailed. The installers arrived as arranged and removed the existing windows and installed the new ones with no damage to the window/door surrounds. The installers protected carpets and removed all dust and waste. The three installers worked together as a very effective team. The windows and door were as specified and we are very pleased with the result. We are very happy to recommend Exmouth Windows Limited.

I had 4 quotations for the replacement of my dining room and lounge patio doors. The prices were all fairly similar but I chose Exmouth Windows because they had the best product and were helpful and flexible regarding the design. An installation date was arranged to suit me and their work schedule. Two days were agreed to carry out the work but this was finished by 4pm on the first day. The fitters were efficient and friendly. They worked well and there were no problems. They protected the work area with dust sheets and thoroughly cleared up before leaving and I was shown how to lock and unlock the doors and given several keys. Following payment of the balance, I received by email a receipt, warranty, and maintenance guide within 24 hours. So excellent service all the way along.

I have always used Exmouth Windows for replacement windows for over 30 years as their standard of work is of good quality. I wasn’t disappointed on this occasion, when I had a lean to roof between 2 terraced houses replaced (was originally done over 15 years ago by Exmouth Windows). There was a delay in carrying out the work, firstly due to my request not to have the work done over the winter period as my kitchen would be left exposed to the elements and secondly because of the terrible weather early this year, causing a delay in larger jobs. However, once the work was scheduled, it was carried out efficiently and I am pleased with the end result. The fitters were polite, efficient and punctual. They were very clean workers I would have no hesitating in recommending Exmouth Windows. Maybe more expensive than other window companies, but you get what you pay for! .

Kitchen windows were replaced with double glazing. They were manufactured to a very high standard and the fitters who were very pleasant and courteous arrived on time and completed the job expertly with minimum mess and obvious attention to detail. My wife and I wanted to use a local company as we could ask around and get real people feedback. We chose Exmouth Windows because they had a good reputation and felt reassured when discussing our needs. We had our windows replaced, new sills where necessary and new soffits. We were not disappointed! The service has been excellent, the quality is excellent and the fitting was done quickly and efficiently by a thoroughly professional team. They were friendly, respectful, disruption was minimal and they cleaned up after themselves. A thoroughly positive experience and the price was very reasonable too. Our new front door was installed in quick time - it was a very cold day - by two very pleasant and efficient fitters. It looks great and we are very pleased with it. We have previously had windows installed by the same company, and we would happily recommend them to anybody. Our only slight quibble is that manufacture of the door was delayed, which was for reasons beyond their control, but we did feel we could have been kept a little better informed as to progress. That apart, an excellent job.

Exmouth windows recently replaced our leaky poly carbon conservatory roof with a solid Guardian roof. The team were prompt, good workers and the roof is great. Fitted really well, finished well and they dealt with our questions patiently and clearly. Our new roof is cooler in the heat, looks great outside and makes our conservatory a fab useable space! Would highly recommend Exmouth windows!

On the strength of other reviews on Which Local we booked Exmouth Windows to replace some large windows and French windows at the front of our house. The service was great. Clare and Chris were very helpful with advice on design - to provide symmetry between ground and first floor and to maintain the views we have. The workmanship on the installation was excellent. Friendly, helpful and professional attitude of the team who obviously take pride in their work and leave things very tidy. Very prompt in coming back to make a minor alteration required on the French windows to ensure a better close. Bit of a wait between ordering and installation as the industry in general is experiencing long lead-in times (I did need to chase) and we had a further small delay as one of the frames was damaged by the manufacturer, but the replacement was quickly turned around and fitted less than a week after. The finished result looks brilliant; neighbours have commented and asked who fitted them. I'd happily recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Very impressed with all aspects of our installation: the product, the high standards the team set themselves, their efficiency and the customer care given by all concerned.
