Installations are covered by our own 10 year warranty and are protected by a 10 year insurance backed guarantee.
All work is completed in accordance with current U.K. building regulations. We're required completed works will be registered with CERTASS who will issue a building regulations compliance certificate.
All our products meet or exceed British Standards and we're happy to have them installed in our own homes.

From the phone call to booking a visit for the estimate to the day the fitters completed the work we have only positive feedback. The quote was within the budget we had expected,the advice on window type was really helpful and the work took place in the time frame we were quoted. The fitters turned up on time every day and worked in full sun during one of the hottest weeks of the year. We could not fault their attention to detail,tidiness and sense of humour as they wilted in the heat. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Helpful management,good communication and fitters with obvious expertise and experience.

We used Exmouth Windows for a replacement window in our lounge, because we were very happy with their installation of a warm roof on our conservatory back in January. It was a large window that we'd been putting off replacing because we'd been anxious to keep the cill as low as possible to maximise the view. Chris was able to reassure us during his survey, and Clare showed us samples of similar windows in their stockroom. The work was carried out by Jason who had been in charge of our conservatory roof, and who is always very professional and helpful, and does really good work. He and Macauley were a good team, and we were delighted how tidy the end result was, despite some difficulties dealing with our old plaster, plus the fact we'd had the house rendered since the previous window had been installed. On the inside there was no visible damage, and on the outside there was just a small area of replaced render to touch up with paint.

We asked for a couple of local suppliers to quote but it became obvious early on that Exmouth Windowswere the most helpful and knowledgable (and a competitive price). Clare helped us to get a much better outcome due to her product knowledge. Chris made sure that there were no surprises for install day. We waited quite some time but the outcome was great. Installation team were meticulous and had great attention to detail (and clean). I was amazed how easily they made it look. We changed our minds on one custom window and Clare made sure that this was easily switched to another window. My wife Hazel and I would strongly recommend the team at Exmouth Windows

I would recommend Exmouth Windows because they are competitive and reliable. This the second time I have used them. Throughout the process they have been very helpful and communicated well about time frames etc. The workmen carrying out the installations were hardworking and courteous. The man who came and quoted was very helpful with helping us decide different options. There is no hard sell, which I found with other window companies, who still call me to do this day. I am really please with the windows too!

We contacted Clare at Exmouth Windows earlier this year for a quote for new windows because of their good reviews. Clare's visit was very helpful, as were the subsequent visits by Chris, the surveyor. There was no pressure to buy and plenty of time to consider all options. In the end we chose sliding sash windows for the back of the house. Rory and Macauley did a great job over a day and a half, taking good care of our house in the process. It was convenient that the surrounds of the old windows didn't have to be removed which felt less wasteful, and we liked that the old windows will all be recycled into new. We love the new windows, a real upgrade for our home, and intend to continue replacing the rest of our old ones next year. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Exmouth Windows. A big thank you from us for your work.

Arrived on time, well organised, no fuss, got on with the job, very clean and tidy job. It made a change to have two polite workmen not constantly on a mobile phone, we would certainly use Exmouth Windows should we require further work.
