My wife and I have used Exmouth Windows on several occasions and Connor speak to highly of their complete operation. From beginning to completion they are the most professional of Companies. Th workmanship is a masterclass and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring a first class company to complete their work.

Thanks to Chris and his team for the excellent service I received in supplying and fitting my Bi-fold doors. The doors are of very good quality. The fitting team made a top quality job, very polite and cleaned up all the mess when finished. I would highly recommend this company.

From the very first phone call with Chris we have had superb service. The whole team Claire, Chris and fitters have been a joy to deal with - especially during the difficult time of pandemic. Their customer service is excellent, always keeping us updated regarding delivery and installation times. Nothing is too much trouble. We have been so pleased that over the past 18 months we have had all of our windows replaced, all the exterior doors and fantastic anthracite aluminium sliding doors on our extension. Chris worked well with our builders to co-ordinate fitting. The teams of fitters are great fun, professional and leave the rooms immaculate. We cannot recommend Exmouth Windows highly enough and want to say a huge thank you for all your work.

We had four full windows replaced, three of which were leaded, and various units which had failed plus a couple of window handles/locks. The schedule was obviously disrupted by the pandemic, but we were kept well informed of developments and the work was eventually completed very much to our satisfaction.

Although I had to wait a long time having placed the order for my patio windows back in March 2021. This was due to the pandemic, supply problems. However, my patience for waiting paid off as once the fitters were on site they carried out the installation very efficiently & after the work was completed I was left with very little to clear up as they had done such a good job. They were also very friendly & helpful. So I have to say that I am very pleased with my new patio windows & would use this company again. Based on this I can recommend this company.

The process from start to finish was hampered by delays due to supply problems relating from COVID but I was kept informed at all times and Exmouth Windows were very apologetic even though it was out of their hands. The survey was conducted over two days and carried out in a very professional and friendly way. I was never put under any pressure to accept the quote before it may have expired. The best part of the installation was by the two fitters. They were just simply a joy to have installing our windows and doors. Again professional and courteous, they also made their best effort to cover carpets during installation and clean everything up at the end of the day, using their own vacuum cleaner!! I always try to use a local firm for any major house project and recommend Exmouth Windows wholeheartedly.

I selected Exmouth Windows, based upon previous reviews, to carry out the following scope of work: 1) Replacement of all my windows, 2) Fitting a composite door, 3) Installing French Doors, 4) Fitting roof soffits. I wasn't disappointed. The installation team comprising Jason and Andy did a great job under challenging circumstances due to the various Covid 19 lockdowns. There were some quality issues and faults with some of the window frames and sealed glass units supplied by the 3rd party local manufacturers. Exmouth Windows attributed these quality issues to the impact of the Covid 19 restrictions on the manufacturers and their personnel. These issues were satisfactorily resolved and corrected by Exmouth Windows. Overall I am very happy with the job done by Exmouth Windows and would happily recommend them for this type of work.

We were kept well informed about the progress of our order, always service with a smile The fitters arrived on time, finished the work ahead of expectation and coped well with delivering a heavy door frame over the back fence Excellent cleaning up after the work was finished - even vacuuming bits they had not dirtied! We are very pleased with our new windows.

i have always dealt with Exmouth Windows because of the quality of goods and workmanship by their trusted and loyal staff. I have just had a complete new roof on my conservatory and it has exceeded my expectations by far! it was a large roof and on the first day four turned up and really got to work! they hardly stopped and I was most impressed that they put nice clean dust sheets down before they started and by the end of the day the roof bars were on and everything was in place for the next stage the following day. Polite, highly skilled young men and the attention to detail and finish is absolutely superb! Very happy!

From the outset, the customer service was outstanding. An informative and attentive initial assessment was followed by a more detailed survey and, despite the current (COVID), demands on businesses, the windows were fitted with no fuss. The results are most pleasing, with notable noise and cold air reduction. Excellent all round.

Really pleased with the work carried out. We had our existing ( old) conservatory replaced with new windows & doors, plus a Guardian warm roof, instead of polycarbonate. We were given options yet Chris with pros and cons... not pressurised at all. Our old conservatory was a freezer in winter and a sauna in summer.The two guys ( Jason + 1) that did all the construction work were great..Friendly, polite, turned up as arranged, happy to discuss progress as we went along. The time taken to complete was as expected. Kept the site clean and tidy at all times. When the plasterer didn’t turn up as planned, we were first of all telephoned by the office, then a bit later were visited by Jason with an update. It was all resolved happily. The electrician used was great...again turned up on time as arranged.... the whole project worked really well. We would be more than happy to recommend this local trader to anyone. And if you are wondering about a Guardian warm roof.... Well, tonight the temperature in the conservatory seems very similar to that in my lounge....not sure how it will feel in the height of summer, but if we can use it as a room in the winter, it will have been well worth it.

We had two smallish double glazed windows replaced. From Daniel in the office, Chris who surveyed the work to the fitter Matt, all were friendly and helpful. The windows were fitted within 8 days of survey and Matt was tidy, efficient and helped us by adding a strip to the base of the window sill. We were very impressed by the service and would recommend the team.

An excellent job all round. Friendly service. Work undertaken within timescale agreed and started on day that we were booked in. Not the best of weather for the job but they worked hard to make the job waterproof overnight. Very pleased with results. Replaced old UPVC with glass - I can now see the sky. The real test of service is sometimes on aftercare and a problem was rectified without fuss and in a pleasant way. Excellent service. The second time I have used this company.

From beginning to end Exmouth windows staff have been most helpful with their advice (not pushy or making false claims) when visiting their showrooms to discuss our requirements. The measuring up and fitting was undertaken most efficiently. With the fitting the installers were polite, helpful and most noticeably cleared up after each stage and upon completion of the work. A job very well done.

Care and attention were given to ensuring the best possible match with the existing windows. Installation was excellent, tidily done and on time. It was a pleasure doing business with Exmouth Windows.

This was the second occasion where we were pleased to accept their quotation for replacement windows.
