The initial survey was very thorough and the estimate provided was very detailed. The installers arrived as arranged and removed the existing windows and installed the new ones with no damage to the window/door surrounds. The installers protected carpets and removed all dust and waste. The three installers worked together as a very effective team. The windows and door were as specified and we are very pleased with the result. We are very happy to recommend Exmouth Windows Limited.

I had 4 quotations for the replacement of my dining room and lounge patio doors. The prices were all fairly similar but I chose Exmouth Windows because they had the best product and were helpful and flexible regarding the design. An installation date was arranged to suit me and their work schedule. Two days were agreed to carry out the work but this was finished by 4pm on the first day. The fitters were efficient and friendly. They worked well and there were no problems. They protected the work area with dust sheets and thoroughly cleared up before leaving and I was shown how to lock and unlock the doors and given several keys. Following payment of the balance, I received by email a receipt, warranty, and maintenance guide within 24 hours. So excellent service all the way along.

I have always used Exmouth Windows for replacement windows for over 30 years as their standard of work is of good quality. I wasn’t disappointed on this occasion, when I had a lean to roof between 2 terraced houses replaced (was originally done over 15 years ago by Exmouth Windows). There was a delay in carrying out the work, firstly due to my request not to have the work done over the winter period as my kitchen would be left exposed to the elements and secondly because of the terrible weather early this year, causing a delay in larger jobs. However, once the work was scheduled, it was carried out efficiently and I am pleased with the end result. The fitters were polite, efficient and punctual. They were very clean workers I would have no hesitating in recommending Exmouth Windows. Maybe more expensive than other window companies, but you get what you pay for! .

Work carried out cleanly and quickly. The door is high quality, looks good, and was installed with no fuss by 2 competent fitters.

Kitchen windows were replaced with double glazing. They were manufactured to a very high standard and the fitters who were very pleasant and courteous arrived on time and completed the job expertly with minimum mess and obvious attention to detail. They took pride in their work were extremely clean and concerned to finish the work to a very high standard. We chose Exmouth Windows because they had a good reputation and felt reassured when discussing our needs. We had our windows replaced, new sills where necessary and new soffits. We were not disappointed! The service has been excellent, the quality is excellent and the fitting was done quickly and efficiently by a thoroughly professional team. Our new front door was installed in quick time - it was a very cold day - by two very pleasant and efficient fitters. It looks great and we are very pleased with it. We have previously had windows installed by the same company, and we would happily recommend them to anybody. Our only slight quibble is that manufacture of the door was delayed, which was for reasons beyond their control, but we did feel we could have been kept a little better informed as to progress. That apart, an excellent job.

A lot of people locally use this company and my neighbor also used them so we went down the same path using the same type of windows to keep some sort of continuity from one property to the next. Exmouth windows recently replaced our leaky poly carbon conservatory roof with a solid Guardian roof. The team were prompt, good workers and the roof is great. Fitted really well, finished well and they dealt with our questions patiently and clearly. Our new roof is cooler in the heat, looks great outside and makes our conservatory a fab useable space! Would highly recommend Exmouth windows!

On the strength of other reviews on Which Local we booked Exmouth Windows to replace some large windows and French windows at the front of our house. The service was great. Clare and Chris were very helpful with advice on design - to provide symmetry between ground and first floor and to maintain the views we have. The workmanship on the installation was excellent. Friendly, helpful and professional attitude of the team who obviously take pride in their work and leave things very tidy. Very prompt in coming back to make a minor alteration required on the French windows to ensure a better close. Bit of a wait between ordering and installation as the industry in general is experiencing long lead-in times (I did need to chase) and we had a further small delay as one of the frames was damaged by the manufacturer, but the replacement was quickly turned around and fitted less than a week after. The finished result looks brilliant; neighbours have commented and asked who fitted them. I'd happily recommend them and will definitely use them again.

We had four full windows replaced, three of which were leaded, and various units which had failed plus a couple of window handles/locks. The schedule was obviously disrupted by the pandemic, but we were kept well informed of developments and the work was eventually completed very much to our satisfaction.

Although I had to wait a long time having placed the order for my patio windows back in March 2021. This was due to the pandemic, supply problems. However, my patience for waiting paid off as once the fitters were on site they carried out the installation very efficiently & after the work was completed I was left with very little to clear up as they had done such a good job. They were also very friendly & helpful. So I have to say that I am very pleased with my new patio windows & would use this company again. Based on this I can recommend this company.

The process from start to finish was hampered by delays due to supply problems relating from COVID but I was kept informed at all times and Exmouth Windows were very apologetic even though it was out of their hands. The survey was conducted over two days and carried out in a very professional and friendly way. I was never put under any pressure to accept the quote before it may have expired. The best part of the installation was by the two fitters. They were just simply a joy to have installing our windows and doors. Again professional and courteous, they also made their best effort to cover carpets during installation and clean everything up at the end of the day, using their own vacuum cleaner!! I selected Exmouth Windows, based upon previous reviews, to carry out the following scope of work: 1) Replacement of all my windows, 2) Fitting a composite door, 3) Installing French Doors, 4) Fitting roof soffits. I wasn't disappointed. The installation team comprising Jason and Andy did a great job under challenging circumstances due to the various Covid 19 lockdowns. There were some quality issues and faults with some of the window frames and sealed glass units supplied by the 3rd party local manufacturers. Exmouth Windows attributed these quality issues to the impact of the Covid 19 restrictions on the manufacturers and their personnel. These issues were satisfactorily resolved and corrected by Exmouth Windows. Overall I am very happy with the job done by Exmouth Windows and would happily recommend them for this type of work.

i have always dealt with Exmouth Windows because of the quality of goods and workmanship by their trusted and loyal staff. I have just had a complete new roof on my conservatory and it has exceeded my expectations by far! it was a large roof and on the first day four turned up and really got to work! they hardly stopped and I was most impressed that they put nice clean dust sheets down before they started and by the end of the day the roof bars were on and everything was in place for the next stage the following day. Polite, highly skilled young men and the attention to detail and finish is absolutely superb! Very happy!

Really pleased with the work carried out. We had our existing ( old) conservatory replaced with new windows & doors, plus a Guardian warm roof, instead of polycarbonate. We were given options yet Chris with pros and cons... not pressurised at all. Our old conservatory was a freezer in winter and a sauna in summer.The two guys ( Jason + 1) that did all the construction work were great..Friendly, polite, turned up as arranged, happy to discuss progress as we went along. The time taken to complete was as expected. Kept the site clean and tidy at all times. When the plasterer didn’t turn up as planned, we were first of all telephoned by the office, then a bit later were visited by Jason with an update. It was all resolved happily. The electrician used was great...again turned up on time as arranged.... the whole project worked really well. We would be more than happy to recommend this local trader to anyone. And if you are wondering about a Guardian warm roof.... Well, tonight the temperature in the conservatory seems very similar to that in my lounge....not sure how it will feel in the height of summer, but if we can use it as a room in the winter, it will have been well worth it.

We had two smallish double glazed windows replaced. From Daniel in the office, Chris who surveyed the work to the fitter Matt, all were friendly and helpful. The windows were fitted within 8 days of survey and Matt was tidy, efficient and helped us by adding a strip to the base of the window sill. We were very impressed by the service and would recommend the team.

An excellent job all round. Friendly service. Work undertaken within timescale agreed and started on day that we were booked in. Not the best of weather for the job but they worked hard to make the job waterproof overnight. Very pleased with results. Replaced old UPVC with glass - I can now see the sky. The real test of service is sometimes on aftercare and a problem was rectified without fuss and in a pleasant way. Excellent service. The second time I have used this company.
