Installations are covered by our own 10 year warranty and are protected by a 10 year insurance backed guarantee.
All work is completed in accordance with current U.K. building regulations. We're required completed works will be registered with CERTASS who will issue a building regulations compliance certificate.
All our products meet or exceed British Standards and we're happy to have them installed in our own homes.

Our door took a long time to arrive , as the firm seemed to have difficulties with their supplier, but once it was here , it was installed very quickly and efficiently and we are highly delighted with it, our house looks so much nicer , partly due to the advice we were given before we decided which door to have ! A very helpful , friendly firm , we’re glad we found a local one .

I have always used Exmouth Windows for replacement windows for over 30 years as their standard of work is of good quality. I wasn’t disappointed on this occasion, when I had a lean to roof between 2 terraced houses replaced (was originally done over 15 years ago by Exmouth Windows). There was a delay in carrying out the work, firstly due to my request not to have the work done over the winter period as my kitchen would be left exposed to the elements and secondly because of the terrible weather early this year, causing a delay in larger jobs. However, once the work was scheduled, it was carried out efficiently and I am pleased with the end result. The fitters were polite, efficient and punctual. They were very clean workers I would have no hesitating in recommending Exmouth Windows. Maybe more expensive than other window companies, but you get what you pay for! .

Chose Exmouth Windows to install a new UVPC Porch based on our previous positive experience with the firm. The old porch was demolished with minimum collateral damage to the existing base and the new porch really complements the look of the house. Overall, we were very happy with the design proposed by Chris and then the professionalism and the courtesy shown by the fitting team. There was a minor hiccup with the start date and time, but that said the workmen arrived clean and tidy. They were very polite, worked well together with a high degree of efficiency. The process from start to finish was hampered by delays due to supply problems relating from COVID but I was kept informed at all times and Exmouth Windows were very apologetic even though it was out of their hands. The survey was conducted over two days and carried out in a very professional and friendly way. I was never put under any pressure to accept the quote before it may have expired. The best part of the installation was by the two fitters. They were just simply a joy to have installing our windows and doors. Again professional and courteous, they also made their best effort to cover carpets during installation and clean everything up at the end of the day, using their own vacuum cleaner!! I always try to use a local firm for any major house project and recommend Exmouth Windows wholeheartedly.

I love my new windows and door. The house is much lighter, warmer and quieter and previous condensation has massively improved. Claire arranged to complete the work in my short availability time and put 2 teams on the job to make sure the work did not overrun. The surveyor anticipated issues with the bay window and door before the order went in so that the fitting, though tricky, went very smoothly. The fitters worked incredibly fast despite the weather but took real care to do a great job. The house was left clean and tidy each day. I felt the ethos of the company was to do the job well and with care, not just as fast as possible.

The fitters had to make a return visit as the glass was incorrectly measured. They were quite rude because they obviously didn't want to be there Friday after 4PM. Product is excellent. Some inaccuracies in tape work & attitude of fitters lead to low grade on customer service.
