Express Property Services replaced some rotten floorboards and built a plinth for our shower tray to sit on. Great communication from the start. Adam came when he said he was coming and gave me regular updates on the progress. His work ethic and standard of work was excellent. Greg messaged straight after the work was done to check I was happy. A great experience all round!

Express Property Services recently replaced my rear garage door with a composite door and frame. They were happy to discuss and cost various options for me. I chose one of their recommendations (a Truedor composite door from IG Doors) and was very happy with the quality and security of the product. The joiner who fitted it was totally professional, turning up on time, doing the job with skill and care, and tidying up afterwards. I highly recommend this firm.

In the last month Express Property Services have repaired my garden fence which blew down in strong winds, replaced a multi point lock on the back door and done work on the gas central heating system. Everything completed with no hassle whatsoever and all at a fair price. The company did exactly what I asked them to do. Brilliant.

Decided to replace my rather sorry looking wooden garage personnel door, and having used EPS before for an emergency lock change I contacted them. The original consultation with Alan was very informative and, as the cost of a composite door was not much more than a wooden alternative, I decided on the composite option. The door arrived together with James it was apparent that not only had I made a good choice but that I was fortunate to have a very skilled and conscientious tradesman. I am delighted with both the service and workmanship and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We are very happy with our front door installation. Communications with the office were excellent and the installer James was experienced, thorough, clean and tidy. We wouldn't hesitate to use EPS again.

I recently used Express Property Services Ltd after moving in to my new flat to find it heavily water damaged. This was just before Christmas and Nigel and his team made this difficult time bearable by being friendly, reassuring and hardworking. Nigel kept frequent contact with me and explained all works and processes throughout - this was my first property so I will admit to being fairly clueless about a lot of the work, but Nigel was incredibly helpful and entirely reliable and transparent about the processes involved. I can't praise Nigel and his team at Express Property Services enough for their quality of work, efficiency and for being a pleasure to deal with. I will not hesitate to use Express Property Services Ltd again in future should the need arise. Massive thanks to the team!!

We are a Charity and had door security issues requiring repairs and upgrading. Alan visited us twice and gave very good advice on both occasions. The work was carried out promptly and with consideration for minimising disruption of our service to clients. Alan contacted us a few days later to check we were happy and no problems with the work. Would definitely recommend this company. Very 'user friendly'.

Express property services completed the following work; Stripped, plastered and re-decorated a bedroom, Laid limestone slabs to front steps, Rendered front of house and installed drainage to rear. Express Property services gave a good quote and was accurate in this quote with no additional costs added during the work. The builder was extremely tidy and generally the work was of a high standard. When we did have any queries Nigel at Express was on hand to look into any matter and the company is very customer focused. The work was completed and then paid for without any upfront costs and although the work was slow overall we thought the standard was good and would use this company again and would recommend them to others who were planning on having work done to their home.

Nigel was very clear and easy to arrange the work with. The work involved repairs after water damage. The new plastering looks great and everything is back to the state it was in before the damage with electrics also fixed. This was all done at a reasonable price. Would definitely use Express Property Services again.

Alan replaced my lock efficiently and has a great deal of experience in this field. Key cap covers only 5p. Very reliable and pleasant
