My annual service they were clean and tidy and very efficient

I have recently used F&P to replace my complete central heating system, including all radiators, the old 8mm microbore piping for more standard 15mm piping and a new combi boiler to replace the old gas boiler on a vented system. Not only were F&P competitive with their price but all the work was carried out efficiently and with no issues at all. I further had F&P back to replace an old electric shower for a new mixer shower to run off the now new combi boiler, F&P also replaced the shower quadrant and old tiling for more up to date Aqua boarding, all of which looks great now and I'm more than happy with the finished job. Everyone I've dealt with at F&P have been nothing but helpful, well mannered and happy to take the time to be sure any questions are answered before and during work is carried out.

A new like for like central heating boiler was installed. . Richard who installed the boiler was very professional, the work he carried out was excellent.

This latest job was a boiler service. All was completed efficiently and on time as promised. We have also had a number of jobs done by F&P over the years. From simple repairs and testing to a full boiler replacement. We have always found them easy to deal with, efficient and very competitively priced. Their friendly and knowledgeable team have managed to complete all our jobs to a very high standard without charging a fortune.

On instruction for an issue with a toilet flush in our clients property, an appointment was made with the tenant on the same day to attend in a few days time at their convenience. Although the work could not be completed on the day due to complications and further works being needed, a quote was provided for our client and a report of F&P's findings were submitted. We were happy with their attendance and are always happy to contact them in the West Midlands area, where they work on our behalf.
