Steve visited after my neighbour’s washing machine leaked, causing water to cove through my kitchen ceiling, tripping the electrical supply. He performed checks to ensure the light fitting hadn’t been damaged and that it was safe to restore supply. He fitted me in on the day I had requested, arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and charged the fee we had agreed on ahead of time, without trying to sell unnecessary work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Steve has visited my house several times between July and November to work on rewiring different parts of the house, while we have been living there, as well as conducting an initial EICR and upgrading the panel under the stairs. All in all, it has been a real pleasure to work with Steve and get to know him. He is incredibly kind, considerate and professional in all his communications and interactions. He works very hard and seeks to complete all work required to a high standard. He prepares written quotes only after a site visit, he turns up when he says he will, he never takes longer to do the work than he says, and the price doesn't change. When he is onsite he does his best to work around us. For example, as we have 2 young children, he would often do very long days without lunch to ensure we weren't inconvenienced too much or it was safe for the children to come home after school once had finished for the day. Often the work required needs an assistant, especially if he needs to chase walls, lift floors or run long cables. For this, he works with a builder called Jay, who is also very nice and amenable, and charges a reasonable day rate for his work. Jay will chase the walls and make good afterwards with hardwall / bonding. You would need to bring in a decorator after this to fill in, sand down and repaint.

Steve was absolutely stellar. I needed an EICR done and from start to finish everything was clearly explained and I was provided with photos & a written report. I simply couldn’t ask for more. I will definitely be recommending Facelift Electrical to friends & family. 10/10

Steve has carried out several jobs for me in the last 2 years. He is friendly, helpful, reliable and professional and and I know I can trust him to do the work well.

Steve came round to give me a quote on a fairly large job - running an armoured cable for the main house down the length of the garden to a log cabin. He provided his honest opinions and advised the best course of action. He wired my log cabin and fit a security light to a very high standard.

I called Facelift Electrical Steve requesting a single socket be turned into a double socket in my home they polite very reasonable came round very quickly the next day really can't argue with that had a look set out what needs to be done I was quite happy with everything somana definitely would use them again definitely would recommend him to other people price was fair but the job was completed not messy not complicated short and sweet just what I wanted and what I expected I said yeah we can go ahead please put up the appointment and time again send a text message confirming his visit the day before brilliant card with that so yeah it confirms that he was coming which she did on the day they cheerful very helpful got on with the job is very neat and tidy again explaining what he was doing so I was fully updated and fully informed as he was going along have a nice conversation complete the job and a good time in mana definitely would use them again definitely would recommend him to other people price was fair but the job was completed not messy not complicated short and sweet just what I wanted and what I expected.

I engaged Facelift Electrical Services Ltd. to test and upgrade the electrical installation in my property and am very pleased with the result. Steve did a great job. He tested my old installation, gave me a quote and replaced my Consumer Unit/Fuse Box, a number of light fittings, switches and sockets. When finished he gave me a certificate. I wouldn't hesitate to use Facelift Electrical Services again.

If I ever have an electrical problem I always call Steve. I can not fault his work. I highly recommend Face-lift Electrical Services if you are looking for an A☆☆ electrician!

Steve is a wonderful electrician and gave great advice. He came over at short notice, accommodated all my rescheduling and conducted a thorough EiCR.
