Steve is excellent. Prompt, keen to do a good job on time for a fair amount. He fitted a new cooker hood, took the old one away and left the kitchen lovely and tidy. Great job. Will definitely use Facelift/Steve again.

From 1st contact Steve came within an hour and replaced my external wall light fitting (which a builder broke whilst rendering). Steve is an exceptional electrician and I would definitely call him again for other projects. He is funny, courteous, professional and reasonably priced.

We had an issue with the lights flickering in several rooms, and needed electricity shut off to our garage. Steve was completely honest about the problem with the lights, which turned out to have been with the bulbs we were using rather than the wiring (some traders would no doubt have diagnosed a more complicated/expensive issue, but Steve’s honesty saved us a lot of extra hassle and money). The issue with shutting off the power was sorted with minimal fuss. All in all was a great experience, with Steve being honest, friendly and generally full of great advice, as well as getting the job done quickly and thoroughly. Would definitely recommend!

I have used Steve several times now and he never disappoints. He listens to your request & always comes up with a high-quality fitting. This time he changed our consumer unit which was probably 40 years old (!) luckily he found one that fit our small, awkward site just to the right of our internal door (we're in a block of flats). Called Steve from Facelift Electricals on Tuesday to arrange for two light fittings to be fixed. He worked well with me to arrange the earliest convenience for both of us and came the following day to mend the electrics that two past electricians had failed to fix. Job done well in a short time and no mess left. Great price, would recommend highly.

Steve doesn't just go the extra mile for his clients - he goes the extra ten miles. He has done a lot of electrical work for us over the years, all of it excellent; the latest job was to install a kitchen extractor fan unit into the space of the old metal wall grille. The unit looks great and works brilliantly. Steve also removed old, disused lights set into a stainless steel panel across the chimney breast above the gas hob. The panel had corroded and Steve very kindly offered to remove it because we were planning to get it replaced. He even kept his sense of humour when a cloud of dust descended on him and his assistant Kash as they removed it. They were brilliant throughout, including doing the clean-up. Steve was also very helpful in giving me the number of an excellent tradesman who came soon after to measure up for a new panel so we could get it replaced quickly. We're so grateful to Steve - he's the best.

Steve and the team have been very helpful. I have used Facelift Electrical in the past and have always found them to be reliable and professional. I manage a block of flats and needed the electrics checked for the communal areas and one of the flats, which was completed with regular communication and explanation throughout the job. Steve fitted 2 security light to the outside of my house. The work was done quickly and to a very high standard. The lights work beautifully! Steve also recommended other work (with no pressure) to make my property safe from fire hazards.

I contacted Facelift Electrical Services Ltd on Monday evening to resolve a immersion cylinder and storage heating problem in my flat. Steve the engineer came on site at 8am the following morning. He diagnosed the problem and speedily fixed the issue. He explained what the issue was in layman's terms and now we have hot water and our storage heaters are working again. After initially contacting Facelift Electrical Services, I received a home visit and quote the very next day. Steve and his colleague were friendly and professional. The work was completed the very next day and I was once again impressed with the teams professionalism and punctuality. The work was completed to an excellent standard and I was very pleased with how simple and efficient the whole process was. I can confidently recommend them.

Steve was quick to respond to my request to install 3 new lights: hall ceiling, kitchen ceiling & bathroom. I have used him previously in 2019 and was very pleased with his work. His prices were very reasonable & he is so courteous and funny, too. His attention to detail is always immaculate. For example I wasn't sure about whether the bathroom light needed to have a variable setting. I said not to bother, but he brought a fixture with different settings, and I was glad he did because the brightest setting was TOO bright for our little room. In other words, he knew better than me! And he moved some ornaments from the hall bookcase which I had forgotten about. I phoned him on a Saturday and it was all done by the following Tuesday morning. Much appreciated when it is often hard to get people to come at all, let alone within a week. I chose the kitchen & hall lights (both the same). The kitchen light is slightly inadequate in the room after dark but we are remodelling so will get additional lights as needed.

On the morning of 21/9/21 I woke up to having no power in the house. Initially I thought it was a power cut but after speaking with neighbours I realised it was only my house without power. I contacted Facelift Electrical Services and spoke to Steve who swiftly arranged to visit my property that day to investigate the issue. It did not take him long to diagnose the problem. However it was not something that Steve could directly help me with and informed me that the issue lies with my electricity provider. Steve gave me a very simple explanation of what was wrong and instructed me to call my provider and get them to come out as an emergency which I did. Steve however was so helpful in supporting me through the process whilst speaking with my provider and went out of his way to give me a call to see how things were progressing which was really appreciated. He even returned to the property to check what work the provider was doing and to ensure they would have my power back on as swiftly and as quickly as possible. Although Facelift Electricals did not complete any work themselves my review is based on the quality of service and support provided to me on the day and also following up over the next couple of days to ensure I was comfortable with the outcome. Thank you Steve for all your help.

My partner and I hired Facelift Electrical Services for a full rewire of our home. Steve, was excellent. He came to our home and had a look around and listened to our needs. He delivered a quote the same day with details of what we discussed. He told us he could do the rewire while we were still living at our house, which was great. Throughout the process, he explained to us what he was doing, not just at the beginning and end of each day, but throughout the day. He made sure to give us a room that we could sleep in and work from and kept the electricity running without disruption to my work (added bonus). Steve is a professional and very skilled and competent at his trade. He was able to deliver on all our tasks and also complete the work earlier than anticipated. I would highly recommend him if you are planning a rewire or any electrical work.

Arrived exactly as scheduled, carried out the full test and provided not only a full report but photos and clear explanations. Very helpful and reliable.

I have used Steve several times over the past few years and will continue to do so. He's reliable - always turns up at agreed times. When quoting he takes you through every detail of the planned work. He's incredibly thorough in the work he carries out and takes care of every detail. Today's work was to replace an exterior cable to my shed, which involved constantly coming in and out of the property. He took it upon himself to put down dust-sheets to protect my carpets from mud - this is the level of care and detail you can expect from Steve and his colleague.
