Steve came to complete the job the same day I requested them. It was a small job but was completed quickly and with no mess. Would definitely use them again.

Steve and his team came out to fit outside patio lights and flood sensor light in the garden. As promised they arrived on time, explained step by step how the work will be carried out. The job was completed to a high standard and they tidied up very well after completing the job. I have no hesitation in recommending Steve and his team to carry out any electrical work whether small or large and I will definitely use his service again.

Facelift Electrical Services previously upgraded the electrics in my 2 flats and on this occasion carried out the periodic checks and certification. The response was prompt and efficient and I am happy to continue to use Facelift for my electrical work and recommend them.

I had Steve over to check on the washing machine in the flat that I was renting out because my tenants told me that it tripped the circuit breaker. He was very helpful and friendly over the phone and was able to come a day earlier than we agreed and got things done quickly. Steve replies to emails/phones/texts promptly even at night and he kept me well informed of the progress and he has earned my trust. The call out price was also reasonable, cheaper than some of the quotes I had. I will keep Steve in my radar if there is any electrical issue again. Would highly recommend if anyone is looking for an electrician in the area.

One of the best tradesmen I have hired. Steve made time to come to my home on the next business day after my call because he thought there was a potential for my situation to be unsafe. He sorted out my job pretty quickly on the day and everything is perfect. Both Steve and his apprentice were courteous, tidy, and passionate in the work they do. In fact, I was left with the impression that he’s so trustworthy, I would give him the keys to my home to water my plants the next time I’m on holiday. His rate was very competitive and he also left me with some cooking advice at the end. A double win! I would defo use him again.

The security lights at my elderly parent's house were broken and with the evenings getting darker and a spike in burglaries in their area I was keen to find someone to fix them. I found Steve and his team through Which and they were able to visit my parent's home the next day. They arrived on time and kept me informed of what was required/the cost. They were lovely with my parents, friendly and respectful - they felt involved throughout. The job came in pretty much on cost. I have a few electrical jobs that need doing in my home and I will be very happy to use Facelift Electrical Services as they did such a good job at my parent's home.

Steve and his colleague arrived as per scheduled time to carry out installation of 4 smart light switches. The work was carried out professionally with minimal damage to the walls while routing additional cables to enable the smart light switches to work. Both the electricians worked without taking a break to ensure the work was completed the same day.

I called Facelift Electrical to have some lights fitted as Steve and the team had done some great work for me in the past. He called ahead and gave me a realistic ETA, on arrival, assessed area of work and got started right away. The work carried out was so professional and efficiently done, I couldn't be happier. My rooms look great. With the professional work and great customer service, you'd expect extortionate prices but that's not the case. The jobs have always been reasonably priced. I would always recommend Facelift Electrical as I always feel assured I'm in safe hands.

Steve did a fantastic job – we used him for a full rewire on a complex (and fully concreted) house, he delivered everything bang on the promised timeline and budget, with regular reports and photos throughout when we weren’t on site We used him initially for a pre-purchase survey – he did a very thorough job on the survey, laid out the problems in really clear terms, then the remedial action he would recommend Once we brought him back in to do the full rewire, he was 100% transparent throughout, really clear in terms of what he needed to and why he was taking each step. You could see he went above and beyond to think about what we would need and what setup would work for us, plus everything was always immaculate at the end of the day with no mess or damage (he did the entire kitchen just removing four tiles and a cupboard). Steve is also a smashing bloke - would 100% recommend him and will absolutely use him for any future work

We found Him on Which? Trusted Traders and I concur with his other reviews. He is a really nice, friendly and professional man, who I felt was a very competent electrician. He managed to slot us in on the day I contacted him and immediately understood and identified what we required. He done socket and repositioned and He worked quickly and deftly to produce a very neat result. His work was proven great He also gone extra mile to get refund from handyman who done job incorrectly... Great service.

Steve was curious and professional, fixing the issue we had quickly whilst explaining the cause along the way. I will definitely use this company again. Highly recommended.

Needed an electrician to repair my elderly neighbours storage heater which had stopped working, she is 90 years of age, found Facelift Electrical and spoke to Steve, he moved all his appointments for the following morning so he could visit my neighbour first thing in the morning, he arrived first thing as be said he would and carried out the repair, thank you Steve you are an absolute superstar I would not hesitate to recommend Facelift Electrical to anyone including my friends and family and I will certainly call on them should I need any work done!

Very friendly, efficient service - came on same day. Offered some good advise. Fitted new bathroom light and fixed the lounge dimmer switch. Will most certainly use there service again

Steve came around and fixed two of our extractor fans. He did a great job, was on time and was polite and professional, giving useful advice. Steve also charged a reasonable amount for the work which was within our own budget and shopped around for the fans. I would recommend him to do any electrical work within your home.

Steve replaced an old fuse box with a new consumer unit with RCD protection in my rental property. He also replaced an IP44 light fitting in the bathroom as well as a new twin socket in the property. The work was done to the agreed schedule and reasonably priced budget. From my very first telephone call to the company Steve came across as very polite, professional and knowledgeable. On the day, he was punctual, tidy, friendly and carried out the work in a very professional manner. An upstairs lighting circuit needed to be rewired following on from previous poor workmanship. I was kept fully informed on the causes for the work and the options plus future options. Very polite fast and efficient service

Steve and his team came to investigate the state of my wiring and fix work a previous cowboy had done. Wish I called Steve first as he made me aware of their errors. Steve was focused on making the house safe and he did that by fixing the issues that popped up in his review. He also added some sockets and put up a few lights. The work carried out by this electrical is superb! The Electrical Engineer who attended to the job, was very polte and attentive. He had to carry out corrective work on a job, which was not up to standards. He pointed out all the flaws in the job, and made me more aware of what I should look out for, in terms of safety! He knows his job well. Someone like him, is very rare in this trade. I have no problem in recommending him to anyone who is looking to have electrical work done at their home.
