We have been established since 1989 in our present format.

A family business supplying and installing floorcoverings domestically and commercially around our Ashford base and neighbouring areas, we have found ourselves in far flung places when previous clients have moved and requested our services for which we have been happy to oblige,

We needed a fast turnaround to fix some floors at my Father's house whilst he was in hospital to remove trip hazards. David was accommodating and helpful in promptly coming round to measure up and bringing samples as well as his years of experience to aid in selection of a new carpet for one room and new vinyl for two others. Martin came and fitted the carpet just two days later, then after some unforeseen issues discovered with the floor following removal of the old vinyl, he was back in another couple of days to fit that. Very accommodating and flexible, and great service by a great independent local company.

From beginning to end the service I received from Fancy Floors was excellent. Great value for money, communication and such a quick turn around from quoting for the job to fitting the carpet. The work was to a high standard and they cleared everything up before leaving. Would definitely use Fancy Floors again.

I'm very pleased with our new carpet from Fancy Floors. We first visited the shop and explained what we were looking for to David, who listened carefully and understood what we wanted. He then visited us at home with an appropriate selection of sample books that made it very easy to choose the right carpet, checking the colour and texture in the room it would be fitted to make sure it looked right. David then sent us an all inclusive quote, and fitting was arranged at a time that worked for us. Throughout, David and his team made everything straight forward and easy and we are delighted with the finished result.

We have used Fancy Floors in the past and chose them again this time for the ease of purchase, and the quality of the carpets they supply, and the excellent service from both Dave and the Neil who carried out the fitting. The fitting team are always polite, punctual and take great pride in their work. Our latest project was to replace the carpet on our stairs and landing, which now looks fantastic. We are already in the process of planning the same carpet in the lounge. Thanks Dave another great job done.

As always David and his team did a solid job. Carpets were fitted well and no mess left. As the doors needed to be planed, they even took care to put excess carpet around to prevent marking the walls. I'm a returning customer and always happy with what they do.

I used this company to fit carpet in my lounge, hallway and 2 bedrooms and I would recommend. Very quick in getting me booked in, they removed the old carpet for me, laid the new carpet and shaved doors. Smart & tidy job!
