We have been established since 1989 in our present format.

A family business supplying and installing floorcoverings domestically and commercially around our Ashford base and neighbouring areas, we have found ourselves in far flung places when previous clients have moved and requested our services for which we have been happy to oblige,

I still can't believe the service that has recently been provided by David at Fancy Floors. We had a very short time between calling David and moving in and wanted an entire 2 bedroom house carpeted beforehand. David met us at the property within 20 mins of my initial phone call. He brought enough samples to cover a room and an hour later he had measured, we had chosen and a very reasonable price agreed. Carpets were then down 5 days later, he could have done them even sooner but it was our choice to wait a further 2 days. Carpets were laid by Derek, I honestly don't think I've ever seen such a professional job. I'm literally made up and so happy that we came across them. If you're reading this review, do yourself a favour and stop searching, call David and save yourself the stress.

David is simply a pleasure to work with. My rental property needed a new laminate floor and carpets upstairs to freshen it up. We had only a short window of time between tenants to make it happen, but Dave worked his magic and made the whole process so simple, and stress-free, all via WhatsApp, and he went out of his way to deliver the samples to our door. Invoicing was all quick and easy via email, and he has turned it around ready for my new tenants. The house has never looked so good, fantastic job and would highly recommend.

David from Fancy Floors called to estimate the renewal of vinyl in my conservatory bringing a vast number of designs to choose from. He, with a colleague, carried out the work a couple of days later. They were efficient, friendly and took care of everything, moving out and replacing all the furniture giving me complete peace of mind. They did an excellent job and l am delighted with my new flooring. I will certainly look no further in future and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family... well-done chaps for an excellent job!!

This year the time has come for our carpet, underlay and door bars to be entirely replaced. Fancy Floors was recommended to us by a neighbour who used them before and we are very pleased to have chosen them. David was very professional and polite throughout the whole process: he gave us plenty of choices in terms of colours available and was able to answer all technical questions. Quote was provided fairly quickly and he adjusted the fitting schedule in order to meet our needs. I have used Fancy Floors quite a few times previously . But recently I have had 2 occasions for using the service. Once in a rental flat and the other at my parents place. The initial contact is great, the measuring service swift, the quote is emailed in a timely manner. All correspondence, with the visit reminder and time of fitting are very useful . Both jobs were priced fairly and fitted really well. I have no hesitation in recommending Fancy Floors and will use them again in the future. Very grateful.

After a phone call explaining my situation David came round with some sample laminate flooring and measured up the two rooms. 3 weeks later a contractor came round and did an excellent job installing. Price was a tad on the higher end than other quotes, but the quality of the work deserved it.

A first class service. Good communication throughout with friendly, helpful advice. Fitting professionally carried out by a very experienced fitter who was polite and friendly and very efficient. Old carpet was even taken up and removed by the fitter which was unexpected but very helpful indeed. Clean and tidy worker. Would highly recommend this company. Service was quick too from selection of carpet to fitting. Good selection of carpets. Will return in the future when needed with no hesitation.
