Fancy Floors were very flexible for us , carpeting rooms that had been decorated, and let us finish off others before they came to carpet. Very helpful, Martin their carpet fitter was very quick , and did such a great job, the finished result looks fabulous.

Fancy Floors is my preferred supplier of flooring solutions as I have had great service from them in the past. The installation of these two laminate floors completed a refurbishment project I began last autumn. David ensured that the ordering, carpet removal, flooring delivery and installation ran as efficiently as possible. Neil the fitter was friendly, hard-working and meticulous. I am delighted with my two fantastic looking laminate floors and am happy to recommend their services.

David gave me lots of choice and the carpet was fitted 3 days later. A similar service was given for some lino a week earlier. Friendly service as well.

I had some wooden flooring laid, I originally asked for a quote for something else but was advised that because of the flooring that was already laid there would a lot of preparation would make my choice expensive. An alternative was recommended which happened to be a better choice. The flooring was laid on an agreed date (I did have to ask for a change to the original date but that was not a problem), the fitter was on time, polite and very tidy. The job was completed on time and was actually slightly cheaper than the quote. I am completely satisfied with all of my dealings with this company

I have successfully and happily used Fancy Floors several times before so choosing them to supply and fit another laminate floor was a 'no-brainer'. David was as helpful as ever and measuring up, quotation, ordering and delivery of the materials all happened speedily and without issues. At my request, the old carpet and underlay were lifted and disposed of on the day the new flooring was delivered. The fitter, Neil, arrived promptly on fitting day and installed the floor with the minimum of noise, fuss and mess. The new floor looks splendid! Great service all round. I'll be using Fancy Floors for two further rooms within the next few months.

Dave of Fancy floors provides an excellent service at a great price. Extremely professional and can be trusted to do a great job. This is the second time we have used him during our construction project and would one hundred percent recommend to others needing similar services.

The workmen came on time. Worked extremely hard with efficiency. My husband and I are very pleased with the overall result on having wooden floors fitted.

I whole heartedly recommend David and Martin. David is polite and found us something within our budget. He took into consideration all our factors (tog rating/underfloor heating) and provided us with options. He also helped us have as little waste as possible. Martin is a craftsman and takes pride in his work. We couldn't be happier with the work done.

Fitter caused slight damage to newly painted skirting board, which had to be filled and repainted. David apologised profusely and brought a token gift as a goodwill gesture. Service otherwise excellent and timely.

Once again, a great job from Dave, a good quality carpet, much better on price from some of the big carpet stores, personal service. Better service. Used fancy floors before, over past 25 years! Daves more than fair, good prices, experienced fitters, and a very courteous service from start to finish. Someone you can trust in your house, it makes all the difference.

It was a really good job done by David on time was really coprated very flexible due to small space he really help us to do so without his cop ration will no possible to fix two room in small flate thanks very much again recommended

Fancy Floors was such a help with finding the perfect carpets. The shop itself is a treat to go in and they searched high and low to show me all the different carpets in the colours I wanted, as well as offering cheaper options and explaining everything that was needed. They were able to fit my carpet within four days of ordering, which was so much quicker than expected. They were a lot cheaper than other retailers we looked at as well and offered a personalised service that included everything. They did a great job of the fitting, as well as keeping me informed when things were going to happen and when they would arrive. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Have used these guys several times before and they never disappoint absolute professionals super friendly and helpful huge selection of flooring to suit all budgets no job too big or small will be using them again in a month or two to do my kitchen flooring 100% recommended

This company supplied and fitted one bedroom carpet and one large lounge carpet at very reasonable rates. We were kept informed at every stage of the purchase and fitting of both carpets. The lounge carpet was fitted around several large pieces of furniture and was managed very well. The finished job on both carpets was excellent and we were left with a clean and tidy finish in both rooms. I am very impressed with this company.

Have used Fancy Floors ever since we moved into the area nearly 30 years ago. They have consistently delivered an excellent service and value for money over that time.

So a friend recommended a flooring shop a little further away in Staines which responded to our request, came round to look at the job and in less than a week later our new floor was beautifully laid.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I value good service and like to support independent local businesses…. So here goes: We have had carpets (and Lino) fitted by Fancy Floors in various rooms, over the last decade. (Great that they are still going). After 10 years, it’s time for a refresh in some of the first rooms that we did, so we have had the three upstairs bedrooms re-carpeted in a period of two months (Oct/Nov 2021). Fancy Floors have a great range of carpets and flooring - including some great value remnants (high quality at low prices). For the box room, we had a great offcut/remnant fitted… for the bedrooms, we had stock carpets fitted. All were at great prices, including underlay and extras. No surprises. The fitters were great - Especially Darren. Cheerful and on time. Efficient and hard working… and most importantly, did a great job. If you are thinking of having new carpets, Lino or wooden flooring, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you talk to David and the Fancy Floors team and get a quote. And I am confident that it will be competitively priced and you will be is safe hands.
