Fantastic Fascia is a small family business with over 25 years experience in many trades, not only are we endorsed by Which?, we are also Checkatrade vetted for the last 9 years with over 350 reviews.
The work we do is fascias, soffits, guttering, pipes, cladding bargeboards, gable resets, repointing, verges hips, ridgelines and chimneys and also leadwork. We also do roof repairs and install new roofs, this being slate, tiled and single ply rubber roofs.
All our work comes with a guarantee. We ask for no deposit. We have full public liability insurance cover. Don't use subcontractors, and Craig is on every job from the first visit to quote, to also doing the work and any after care needed.
We pride ourselves on 100% care, respect and customer satisfaction. Our staff are uniformed, polite and trustworthy, and you will get a fantastic service.

Craig and his team replaced all of our guttering and fascias. They started the job just one day late due to bad weather but completed the work over 6 days as planned, including the additional pointing that we asked for. Craig and his team were very professional, polite and friendly. Noticeably they brushed and tidied the site before leaving each day, which was very appreciated. The work was completed to the agreed budget. The men from the scaffolding company they used were also very polite and friendly. Would certainly recommend Fantastic Fascias.

Found this company when they were doing work on a neighbours house. Craig came round to look at the work and I had a written quote the same evening. They replaced 3 courses of bricks on the top of my chimney, job also included repointing work and flaunching. The guys turned up on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up properly afterwards. Price was very competitive and they worked a Sunday to fit the job in. I certainly have no hesitation in recommending this company and have already asked them to quote for other work including replacing a flat roof.

Craig and his team replaced our ageing felt flat roof on our house extension. They replaced it with a rubber 'skin' roof. Craig was a pleasure to deal with, and the guys who worked with him were great. They did a superb job replacing the roof and under boards, roof surface and lead flashing around the roof. They cleaned up after themselves and removed all waste. I'd happily recommend Craig and his team, and hope to use his services in the future for some fascia and guttering work I need doing.

Craig and his team replaced some of our guttering fascias and soffits and we are very happy with the work from the beginning to end. At the quotation stage Craig added suggestions for the work, such as different types of ventilation that could be used as well as saying he would replace any rotten timbers to rafter feet if necessary. The quotation was detailed and comprehensive. Work commenced on the day and time we were given, with the work being carried out efficiently and cleanly, with care exercised around our flower beds.

I would not hesitate to recommend Fantastic Fascia. I needed some wooden cladding on the front of my house replaced and found the company during a web search. Craig provided a quote which I was happy with so we arranged a date for the work to be carried out. I contacted Craig in August for a quote for our fascias, soffits and guttering, and he came and gave us an estimate which was very competitive and we accepted, so I asked if it could be done in November which he did. Craig and his team had already done some work for us last year, including a very short notice emergency repair for our flat roof. We then used Fantastic Fascia again to fully replace the flat roof in June. From the start right through to dealing with a particularly knotty snagging issue around pipework (which they accepted wasn't their speciality but worked really hard to fix) Craig and everyone else who visited our home was considerate, professional and courteous. The work they delivered looks excellent and of a really good quality. Craig himself takes a lot of pride in getting everything just right for his customers which gave us a lot of confidence that he would deal with all the problems that a job like this brings in the right way.
