Farrlley Ltd installed a French drain around the rear of our property. The work was carried out to a high standard on budget and to the required timescale. Stephen was extremely helpful in advising what work was was was the required and the most suitable solution. His quotation detailed the work involved and costings. During the work both Stephen and Jack were neat and contentious in their work, leaving the site neat and tidy at the end of the day. Throughout the work communication with Stephen was excellent.

Stephen (Farrelly ltd.) undertook a significant landscaping project for us with a duration of 3-4 weeks. We had recently completed a newbuild and were starting from scratch with the rear garden. Scope included: - Preparation of soil and ground for lawn - Turfing lawn - Installation of metal lawn edging - Laying conduit pipes for electrical works - Installation of two ceramic tile patios and connecting pathways Over the past few years, we have worked with a significant number of different contractors, and are delighted to be able to leave a glowing reference for Stephen. He was extremely knowledgeable and approached all discussions in a calm and courteous way. He planned ahead, so we avoided the sudden stress that can accompany projects of this size, and he took care to avoid damage to our house and front garden. We are delighted with the outcome and would recommend him without hesitation.

Stephen was recommended to us by a friend who was delighted with Stephen’s work. Our work entailed relaying certain elements of two sandstone patios and completely cleaning out the joints and re pointing. The weather was not kind and did delay Stephen’s arrival with us however he kept us informed and, unprompted, communicated well with us. We found Stephen polite, considerate of our neighbours and our property, was a tidy worker and has transformed out garden by the great workmanship he delivered. We are delighted and all was completed as quoted and in budget. We have commissioned Stephen to do more work on landscaping our back garden and thoroughly recommend him, his standard of work and his expert knowledge.

Farrelly Ltd did our drive back in April 2021, and nearly 2 years on I can say that the drive is of outstanding quality and looks like it did the day Stephen and his team finished. Farrelly ltd took their time doing the drive, ensuring that their time was spent on quality and attention to detail. The drive was done to a high standard and I would not hesitate in using them again in the future for any type of ground works. Drive work is a messy operation, but Stephen and his team kept the area tidy during the process, ensuring to clean up as they went down to the smallest detail. Would highly recommend.

Really please with the job Steve did. He started and finished within the timeframe that was agreed. The finish is amazing and has blended an unsightly drain cover into the slabs as if it wasn’t there. All rubbish was cleared away and he left my back garden spotless. Will be using him again.
