Farrer & Fenwick have been moving Surrey residents for three decades and grown into a leading company. Sound procedures and a fleet of modern vehicles helped but growth has mainly come through listening to customers.
The move belongs to them, with our team there to provide the best services for their household. Every removal is unique and should be planned accordingly.
This includes ensuring that services are coordinated and ideally under one roof. The reason we provide in house storage, for short, or long term use and always secure.

Farrer and Fenwick Removals What a great independent removal company to deal with from the quote to the finish they could not have been better. The owner and his office staff were very accessible and will talk to you at anytime. The removal men were great from packing to unloading and positioning furniture. They even go loft to loft which most companies would not dream of. Anthony, Marcus and Dan were a great friendly crew and worked so hard. Everything was done to schedule and on time On a final note this company was the most competitive by far. Thanks to everyone for making the move easy I will certainly be recommending you .

The team consisted of two men on the first day to do the bulk of the packing and move the first tranche, with an extra member of staff helping with the final chunk on the second day. They worked incredibly hard and efficiently. We experienced no breakages and every box ended up in the right room. They even managed to untangle the bird's nest of cables I have for my IT system. Should we need to move again, we would have no hesitation in using them.

Farrer and Fenwick had to move us twice as we moved from our house in Cobham into a rental in Esher and two years later we moved into our permanent home in East Horsley. It was such a friendly and helpful service both times and it was nice to have some of the same people moving us both times. We also stored some of our furniture in their containers and it was nice to see it again and that it was in perfect condition. Their service is speedy which helps when you are going through a fairly stressful move and their packing service was very good with no breakages and special care taken on the more delicate items. I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving and I would use them again if the occasion arises. It was also a pleasure to deal with those in the office such as Julie, Angela and Steve. Mike was also great to communicate with.

We had a very positive experience with Farrer and Fenwick, when we recently moved from Surrey to West Sussex over two days. From the first contact with Mike Fenwick to communication with Julie in the office and the 5 crew who moved us over the two days; Danny, Tony, Jason, Liam and Chris. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the care they took with our belongings was impressive and much appreciated. You can tell that they are an experienced removals company over many years and moves, as they understood the stress levels when moving house, especially after 24 years in the same home. It can be a minefield when selecting a removals company but after the experience we had with Mike and his team, we will definitely being using them again and no hesitation in recommending them.

We used Farrar and Fenwick to move us into storage, store our furniture and move us into our new home. They were really helpful and considerate. I really felt that they went the extra mile in terms of customer service. All our possessions were packed very well and stored at their own premises. On moving us into our new home all our goods were delivered safely in good condition. I would highly recommend them as a business.

Moving home is a big thing with lots of stress. The Farrer and Fenwick team we had were extremely professional, most helpful and very friendly! They gave so much helpful advice.After a 5 day move they felt like part of the family and definitely helped relieve some of the stress. I would definitely use them again (if I ever move again!) and highly recommend the entire team- from initial quoting, to admin side and the Superman team doing the heavy lifting.

Moving house after 43 years was always going to be stressful but F&F were brilliant in wrapping, packing, loading and 2 delivery days. They made sure everything was more or less in the right place and went the extra mile in plumbing in our washing machine. Good job done well.

Farrer and Fenwick moved me approximately 1 mile down the road from a bungalow with sheds, garage and loft, to a small house with garage only. I had previously had a horrific experience moving house with a different removals firm and explained this to the two gentlemen who carried out my move. They werekeen to ensure that I had a much improved experience this time and were kind, considerate, efficient and helpful. This experience was smooth and well organised, the gentlemen were friendly and communicative. If I am unlucky enough to move house again F&F would be my first choice
